Great location and close to the Marina. My son was sailing on the St Lawrence II from Thunder Bay to Sault Saint Marie . So I drove up the day before. Very clean room. Updated room. They were even replacing the stairs carpet when I was there. It was quiet. I don’t remember meat at breakfast. But prepackaged bread. 2 slices a bag. Kept things extra clean. There was a gluten free option as well. Fresh fruit. Eggs in the fridge. Yogurt. Lots to choose from.

I would really have to think deeply about that. I thought it was very good actually. Lots of parking. Plazas up the street lots of shopping and restaurants if you wanted to explore

Friendly staff. Apartment was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave and TV. Standard continental breakfast.

Clean, good value, and no mold!! The bed was comfy and while the tv only got local channels, I still enjoyed it. The provided soap, shampoo and conditioner is such a nice touch, especially since sometimes you forget your own. Staff were very friendly, polite and professional.

Toilet roll holder and towel holder need a new stud in that wall in the bathroom. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Good value for money. Safe and quiet central location easily accessible. Clean rooms with good facilities. Friendly staff who are attentive to needs of guests.

The property looks older and not recently renovated. Washroom does not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast was good but no adequate seating for guests. Would suggest an overflow room for the breakfast area.

The disrespectful customers make noises all night and throw garbage in the middle of the halls. At breakfast, people came in and loaded up their back sacks with all the wrapped or packaged food items and left the rest with no light breakfast. I don't even think they were staying in the hotel, and it happened in a matter of seconds. These individuals were disrespectful to all who pay ! Just saying Thanks, Travelodge and staff. Keep up the great work !

Bed was Amazing, The Pool was good, although quite cold. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. The staff were nice and exceeded expectations

So they did say pet friendly, but didn't treat them that well. We can't leave a dog in a hotel room alone. and as for the breakfast. there was a decent amount of food, but they ran out quite quickly and couldn't fill back up either. and finally, the cleanliness of some of the rooms were horrible. the bathroom of the first room we stayed in was in bad shape. there were feces on the wall, tiles were cracked and the shower was clogged and taking a shower would end up in the bathroom nearly being flooded.

Room was comfy and clean but Sagar the front desk was very helpful in suggesting place to eat and other activities around town.

Towel holder was busted so was the holder for the conditioner bottle. Plug in bathroom was not working. Breakfast was boring. No waffles or pancakes.

The bed was so comfortable we got there and there was a big storm we slept thru it was able to adjust the heat to keep the cold will book again in the future Have a great and Wonderful future

the bathroom floor being ice cold to have decafe coffee or tea available at breakfast would hit the spot

Location it is also nice not having ti worry about having a credit card not everyone has one and most of the nicer hotels require them to book a room

Some of the staff were quite rude I understand having a hard day but it is not anyone’s fault so please keep in mind to not bring your everyday problems to work with you if the guest is polite give the same in return

The front desk staff were quite proffessional and friendly.

I was shocked how disrespectful some of the people staying in the hotel and damages of the rooms and halls, making noise all night. Not the hotels fault, but disrespectful clients. My family and I have been staying overnights for years, and find that the staff are doing their best with the tools they have, but unreal how some people think this hotel is theirs to do what they want and destroy property that does not belong to them. A suggestion of notes to all customers to respect the property or a deposit of a certain amount to secure property damages....
