All the staff members were so helpful and accommodating; it's apparent that they love their jobs and aim to please! Breakfast was excellent! The salad was both surprising and amazing! Good job, chef(s)!!!!! Little bit of a mix-up about the room, but it was corrected immediately, and you gave us the best rate in town! Maybe a little paint touch-up on the ceiling from some past water damage. The pump/jets didn't work in the jacuzzi tub. The drain is slow in the vanity area. For goodness sake, if you're not going to open the pool, at least cover it up or fill it in. It's so sad to see it like that.

My room was near my friends, easy access to the outdoors, except if you let the door close behind you - and you want to return through the same door you can't because you are locked out!

There was no room cleaning service because they are having a difficult time getting staff. It wasn't explained to me when I checked in, so I had to ask.

The location was great, near the highway and many places to eat.

The property could benefit from some renovations even though we know it will be costly. It would be better in the long run though

The hotel and rooms were a bit dated but they were big and clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant Above all good price.

Rooms need an upgrade but would stay there again.

Not a big deal overall but desk drawer didn't close so needed to use some paper to keep it shut.

The room was ready earlier than expected. Nice and clean. The staff was excellent at the front desk. The kitchen staff went above and beyond for my young daughter and brought her colouring stuff while we(parents) finished eating our meal.

I didn't expect it to be this good. Wonderful location, everything you need is close by. Clean room, great breakfast. And, very importantly, quiet.

The only problem, there wasn't always hot water.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast definitely wasn't what I was expecting especially the eggs. The pancake machine was great.
