The staff was very helpful.

The website, through booking.com and Rodeway Inn's own site doesn't give enough clarity as to what we are getting or expecting to get as far as the number of beds and facilities available per room. I booked for 2 adults for 1 room and 3 adults for another. We were not couples so we assumed, from the website the way it was stated, that there was 1 bed per person. What we found, was 1 bed and a pull out couch!!! This was the 2 adults rental. The other room had two beds for 3 people!!! Very poorly explained on the website's!!!

The room was very clean, spacious, odor-free and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient and exceeded expectations when they found I had accidentally left my laptop in one of the dresser drawers and set it aside for safekeeping until I could retrieve it. Later that evening, before I left Stratford, it was waiting for me there. Words cannot express how pleased I was with their diligence and honesty,

The driveway needs some repair. This may be planned as other renovations were being conducted elsewhere on the property.

They didn’t come and clean my room everyday. When I told them upon checkout, they said I needed to request for the room to be turned over every day. I would have gone to an Airbnb if I didn’t want the room cleaned everyday. That was disappointing. Other than that, the hotel was perfectly fine.

Room was large and comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive and helpful. It was available on a holiday weekend. When I requested more coffee for the maker it was brought within a few minutes.

I expected that it was an older property, so it looks a bit dated. But there have been updates, particularly in the bathroom, and the furniture is newer. The lamps could have been brighter, and there needs to be a table and lamp beside the sofa.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a short, convenient walk away from restaurants.

The location was a little out of the way. Also, the shower/sink taps are set at the "hot" setting as soon as you turn them on, which could be very dangerous.

Booking reservation through booking.com. Unable to use Quality Inn benefits card for points because we used a " third party for reservation". This is the second time we were looked down on for using booking.com. never again. I will book directly, which would have beeb $25 cheaper for each room.

Beds-mattresses could be replaced and or rotated as we felt like our feet were above our heads. Though there were complimentary toiletries they were only “half full” and had not been changed.

It was comfortable and very clean. The pool was great. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

The only thing that I did not like was the halls were scented. I realize this was intended to freshen but did not like it. Rooms were fine.

Room was VERY cold when I arrived. I understand with individual heaters in the rooms it’s ridiculous to have all the rooms heated, but I expected that those reserved would have the heater on low at least. Took so long to warm up.
