Handy location for walking to restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff. Cute that they put cake and balloons in the room, to help us celebrate birthday. Nice to have water in the fridge. Appreciated the text messages about checking in and leaving.

A bit odd using self-entry and not having a Reception desk, but it was easy enough. Breakfast boxes are thoughtful and a nice idea since there's no restaurant on site - but it wasn't really the mini-holiday experience with friends that we wanted i.e. cooked breakfast with pot of coffee. (However, a diner was just up the road - so that was easy)

There was special chocolate candy in our room upon our arrival and even treats in the lobby area each day. We appreciated being able to make hot tea (and coffee) in our room and the thoughtful beverages provided for us in the mini-fridge. The boxed breakfasts were pleasant treats each morning. Our room was quiet--we didn't hear other guests. We really liked the two-room suite. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the sofa in the other room either reading or watching TV after we came home from the theater. We were pleased to discover that we had the ability to use our Netflix on the TV.

Our experience was a positive one. We do not have anything negative to report. We liked the keypad entry that was specific to individual rooms.

I just loved the beds and the fireplace. I just loved the staff. They were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to help. I really enjoyed the coffee. the bar fridge was great. Everything was so clean.

In the first room I was in, (on the first night) the pipes in the ceiling made quite a lot of noise. This room was facing the street. On the second night, I had a wonderful, restful sleep (it was completely quiet). Only thing I can say is that it took a while to get hot water to the shower.

If you're a theatre professional like me and you need accommodation to see a play at Stratford a lot, this is a GREAT place to stay. Clean, staff is super friendly, clean, great wifi, and most important, it's right downtown, close to all the theatres so you can stumble to your room after the show.

The bathroom was a little odd, with the toilet in one bathroom and the shower in the other! The shower was pretty small. But the water pressure and the soaps/lotions/shampoo provided were great.

Location was good however the weather did not cooperate so that we could take full advantage. The towel sculptor and truffle heart on the bed was a nice touch to celebrate our 50th anniversary.

Having mini fridge turn off/on every 20 minutes disturbed my sleep. Also there was a spider (?) that crawled out of the register in the bathroom. We had to ask the girl at reception for help with operating the TV.

We original booked a regular room, which while very quaint, we found quite small. We upgraded to a suite, that was lovely! The bed was very comfortable. Nice big windows facing the street. The location can't be beat! And the staff was helpful and friendly. As far as value for the cost, it is definitely a great value for the money. Would stay again.

The bathroom was very small and basic.

Breakfast was good. However it would be better if coffee/tea was available ( there weren’t enough cups in our room for coffee and we assumed it would be part of breakfast. Hotel was very quiet

Great Location and very secure facility. The room was spacious for three adults, and we loved the rustic charm of our room. There were 2 sinks outside of the bathroom which were very convenient.

Our only complaint is that we had no control over the heat in our room, and it was very warm. Our daughter had a ceiling fan over her pull out bed, but we had to sleep with the window open to cool down the bedroom. The hotel is on a busy downtown street, and there was traffic all night. So it wasn’t the most restful sleep between the heat and the outside noise.

The fireplace at the end of the bed. That was very tranquil and relaxing. I was glad to see that the cosy room I got was this one and not the one with the fireplace at the side of the bed. When I come back, I will ensure that I have this room again. I really enjoyed it.
