Suggestion- The bar or late evening service could stay open later than 11:00 so theatre patrons returning to the hotel could enjoy a drink or late night snack. I called the hotel to make a reservation, only to be told there were no rooms. I then looked at Booking.com and there was one. I couldn’t see what was included in the package that I booked. The hotel, upon checking seemed confused why the booking had occurred the way it had.

Breakfast was tea and coffee. I thought there was danish etc but I could have didn’t hear properly. The property is beautiful and the staff were very attentive. The room was large and the creams etc in the washroom were lovely. My daughter love it and glad we picked this hotel. And a perfect situational place to walk a 5 min walk to the play. We loved it. A great mom daughter weekend

The pool is really not a pool. You couldn’t swim really just paddle around. That was disappointing. And a spa treat a would have been fantastic.

Everything from driving into the property was stunning. Felt so safe and comfortable and staff were unbelievable, very attentive to every detail. We never wanted to leave 🩷

Our only problem was I forgot to book reservations for supper and they weren’t able to accommodate us at the last minute. Was totally my fault. We did get to experience the exceptional restaurant in the morning for breakfast and it totally had up for my error the night before.

The Bruce was among the best hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. Every single staff member was welcoming. Every possible consideration had been given to ensure guest comfort. I especially appreciated having coffee on our balcony. The restaurant food quality was excellent. We recommend the Bruce most highly.

No suggestions for improvement

Attractive and seemingly secluded thanx to surrounding gardens. Indoors bright lights and wide corridors gave an open feel. The staff were superb at all times.

Nothing.

Room was bright, airy, comfortable. Breakfast and dinner selection was excellent. Grounds were lovely. Walkable to Stratford theatre. Staff friendly and attentive.

Everything about the hotel was luxurious. The many staff were always eager to assist. The grounds are lovely. The location, a short walk from the festival theater, is perfect. Room service was fast. Breakfast was delicious.

The restaurant's wine list needs a little updating.

The Bruce Hotel was amazing! The staff (particularly Rebecca) was so nice and thoughtful and all of the little added personal touches like butter tarts when we arrived, fortune cookies at night, helping with dinner reservations was so great! They went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast included was amazing! Cookie hotline was great! The bed was so comfortable and the black out blinds really helped us get a great sleep. The pool and hot tub was great, clean and private.

Breakfast was included at hotel and it was exceptional, beautiful patio or inside dining room.Hotel location was perfect for either going downtown or short walk to waterfront park were Stratford festival theatre is located. Personel were all perfect, clerks,room service,restaurant .Could not be better.

Outside pool, but then again I'm from Florida.Inside pools quite satisfactory.

The breakfast was wonderful! I was celebrating a 40 friendship. We were treated to mimosas on the house. Everything was wonderful! I’ll be back!

Perhaps the view from my room but still absolutely no complaints. It was lovely to have tea and cookies outside on a beautiful morning!
