Lovely, helpful staff! Very clean, comfortable room with air conditioning and newly renovated bathroom. Unbeatable location. Nice touches like bottled water, Nespresso machine, etc. They are clearly still renovating the interior, but I was aware of this beforehand so no surprises there. There was no noise, dust, or evidence of construction so it was really no issue at all.

My one suggestion would be to add safety locks on the doors! It adds a feeling of security for guests, especially women travelling alone.

Beautiful hotel, lobby was inviting and had a large picture window out to the street. There were 4-5 jars of complimentary candies in a vestibule off the lobby. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location of the hotel was a block away from downtown and restaurants, stores and the Avon theatre. The room was large with a sitting area, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. The room had welcome pastries, chocolate, and complimentary beverages. Complimentary nespresso coffee in the room. A continental breakfast was delivered outside the door with fresh muffins, yogurt and banana. Excellent value for the price.

The location was right downtown, within walking distance of shopping, theater, restaurants, and a weekly farmer's/French market. You could walk to the lakefront. Boat and bike rentals were close by. The staff helped us celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary by welcoming us with a decorated room (chocolates and balloons). The staff was very attentive, responding to any requests quickly. The nightly turn down with a chocolate on the pillow was sweet. The coffee and tea bag supplies were refreshed every day. It was nice to have an electric tea pot in the room along with the coffee maker.

We had to park at a different hotel about 3 blocks away, a few of the nights. A breakfast box with a muffin, plain croissant and a piece of fresh fruit was delivered to our door every morning. The muffin was good, croissant was stale, and by the 4th day we were really ready to have something else.

I loved the spaciousness of the property. We were a group of 3 women and had our own bedroom in a very spacious suite. It was clean and in a great location. The price pointe was exceptional. We felt safe and the staff was awesome. We also had onsite parking which we did pay extra for.

The location to the Festival Theatre was superb. It was a 25 minute walk to the theatre which was very safe and doable. We had paid for parking which was very helpful and adequate. The town was charming and walkable. I loved the suite. It’s so nice to have one’s own room. We had a kitchen and in the morning had a complementary breakfast box containing pastries. We also had a banana and an egg to eat. It was ample. The location was quite so we had a good nights sleep on really good mattresses

This is an old, historic hotel being renovated but it has kept lots of its historic charm. Great location in town. Stratford is a very walkable city and this hotel is close to some of the theaters. We were celebrating an anniversary and when we entered our room there was a lovely swan towel sculpture on the bed with a truffle candies shaped in a heart. Also, there was a cute sign and a slice of wonderful cake to share. Nice touches. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff friendly. They leave a continental breakfast outside of your door in the morning that was tasty. The communication from the hotel, via texting, was very helpful.

Perhaps that the parking was an additional cost. But on the plus side it was nice to be able to park near the hotel.

Excellent location! Located right in the heart of the city so it was easy to walk to whatever we wanted to see. The building is old with a lot of character but renovations make for clean, updated rooms which are sparse but very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast box outside our door in the morning was very thoughtful.

The lack of parking was a surprise but we did not mind the five minute walk to the parking lot a few blocks away. Our bathroom was VERY tiny and a little quirky but we made do by moving a small table next to the door.

The management and staff went out of their way to make my stay as wonderful as possible. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast delivered to my door was wonderful. The complimentary snacks and drinks as well as coffee and tea added an extra touch of comfort and elegance.

The room was very small and there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. However, the kindness of the associates more than made up for these small inconveniences.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Getting those chocolates was a nice added touch as I am a chocolate lover.

The coffee machine, we did have issues with. Also, for the breakfast, it would have been nice if we had been given a list of possible things we would like. I am allergic to bananas....and am often watching my weight. Banana muffin? No. A banana? No. The pastry? No. Hence, I had one of the Lindt chocolates that you had given to us, the night before. So please, you need to rethink what you serve for breakfast. My husband loves bananas, so he was in heaven. I just wish that you had asked. I would have told you not to bother for me.

The neat Victorian style merges with a super dedicated staff attitude to create an overly satisfying atemporal experience. Marou and Kayla are there for you for what you need, spoiling you repeatedly so you can smile and relax. We've travelled a lot, and for quite some time, we haven't had this type of experience. The town is beautiful and has lots of things to do and eat, but the outstanding experience was our cozy bedroom. Will come back again for sure.

Everything was top tier.

Big place with tons of room to spread out in. Not even close to what I expected. I assumed we would get three hotel rooms strung together, not a place you could actually live comfortably in. I had my wife, daughter, and her two teenage kids with me for a weekend of Shakespeare, and the place was so comfortable that there was none of the usual feeling of being on top or each other. Three genuine bedrooms and the master was better than most bedrooms at home.

The staff tried, but they were not the first team. I don't know whether it was the time of day we arrived or maybe their computer system, but the check-in was painful. The main problem seemed to center on the fact that this place is part of a hotel system; even establishing that we had a reservation there and not at one of the other hotels was a problem. The people were friendly and eager to help, but it was a bumpy ride... They had nice parking accommodations but you had to reserve in advance and it was a squeeze.
