The room was very clean, spacious, odor-free and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and patient and exceeded expectations when they found I had accidentally left my laptop in one of the dresser drawers and set it aside for safekeeping until I could retrieve it. Later that evening, before I left Stratford, it was waiting for me there. Words cannot express how pleased I was with their diligence and honesty,

The driveway needs some repair. This may be planned as other renovations were being conducted elsewhere on the property.

Room was large and comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive and helpful. It was available on a holiday weekend. When I requested more coffee for the maker it was brought within a few minutes.

I expected that it was an older property, so it looks a bit dated. But there have been updates, particularly in the bathroom, and the furniture is newer. The lamps could have been brighter, and there needs to be a table and lamp beside the sofa.

Location and price

Booking reservation through booking.com. Unable to use Quality Inn benefits card for points because we used a " third party for reservation". This is the second time we were looked down on for using booking.com. never again. I will book directly, which would have beeb $25 cheaper for each room.

Room was VERY cold when I arrived. I understand with individual heaters in the rooms it’s ridiculous to have all the rooms heated, but I expected that those reserved would have the heater on low at least. Took so long to warm up.

Staff were great. Decor was fine. Beds were good.

The toilet rocked literally, no luggage trolleys to find but staff had one using for garbage and laundry removal. Parking lot needs major paving work.

Ease of booking. Friendly and efficient staff at reception. Room nice and big and clean. Bed comfortable.

I liked the hotel slot and very clean all the way around. The place does need a face lift outside and I see that they are doing some work outside like landscaping so that is excellent. They could have a family restaurant or a bar that would have been nice. Didnt see any BBQs outside. Very clean hallways and rooms where not run down I will stay here again.

The hotel needs work on the outside more curb appeal ot very attractive from the outside.

The staff at Reception are exceptional. The young mans Rogan (apology if spelled incorrectly) helped us order food, helped with fan in room - always pleasant and willing to do more.

The hotel is a budget hotel. It is old but it is clean, friendly staff. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return.
