My room was quiet and very comfortable. Bedding sheets and bed comfort are excellent. There is no odd smell in the room. Bathroom is spoltless, clean and well stocked. I never heard any sound from the adjoining rooms. The people staying here were quiet and friendly. I like the sq. ft. size of the room; if I was taveling with someone, the room size is very good for two. I did not use the room for business/laptop PC work. The clothing closet has ample room. I liked that the room refrigerator is silent, and the sound eminating from the a/c unit is comfortable; The thermostat for air temperature control is simple and responsive. I asked to extend my stay for one more night. There are three (3) front desk staff who made this accomondation for me so that I did NOT need to move to another room. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and offered helpful suggestions and recommendations so that my visit in Stratford for four days went smoothly, and memorable. I am returning to stay here in a few months because I enjoyed staying at TBW-The Arden; I'm NOT looking anywhere else to stay in Stratford. The Dining Room has a very good menu selection (see web page for entire menu); food variety is pleasing to contemplate; meals are prepared very well and are delicious. The wait staff were all very hepful, friendly, responsive, and they cleared plates from the table when I was finished with them. The buffet foods were moist, fresh and attended. Nice basic wine selection; the Cabernet is delicious. The Crab Cakes are perfect. Try the rich Chocolate Mousse Cake. Nice bar/lounge and appetizer selections.

How amazingly accommodating the staff was for me! With the restaurant taking my order at 8:55 pm when they close at 9:00 and it wasn’t a small order it was dinner desert drinks etc and then there was the pool. After eating as quickly as i could so i could make the pool only to see it had been closed for the evening but again the manager being the incredible host he is , made exception and allowed me to go for a quick dip . I would say this is the perfectly rounded hotel when it comes to the service . All the way from the front counter clerks to the restaurant staff , to the cleaning staff . Shows that HR is doing a great job finding the right fits for certain positions .

Great location for theatre-going and Stratford's main street, on-site restaurant with a good menu and very friendly wait staff, comfortable beds, overall a very clean and comfortable suite. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Perhaps more than one luggage rack could have been provided in a suite, as our party was travelling with more than one suitcase. Not a big deal at all, however, while the room and hotel in general were clean, it may be due for a glow up, as the decor was somewhat dated and the furniture a bit tired/battered.

The staff are delightful, always ready to help. The hotel is in a good location for theatre and has good parking. Breakfast is a delight with perfectly cooked Western Omlette and home fries. The room was large and had both air conditioning and a window that levered open at the top. A power outage added a challenge but was fixed quickly. I recommend this place for its lovely staff, excellent meals and comfortable rooms.

My only complaint was a non-working plug and iphone charger beside the bed. I have to plug in several medical devices which connect and had to use distant plugs on opposite sides of the room.

The room was spacious, with 1 large king sized bed. A nice sitting area near the window with a large TV for viewing. Fridge, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, all washing needs were available in the room. Since our booking, my wife has relied almost totally on a wheelchair for mobility. we were offered an accessible room upon check in. Perhaps we should have taken the offer. The room door was heavy and was heavily loaded to close briskly behind patron upon entry. It was a bit of a challenge opening door and not having it crash onto the wheelchair. The restaurant at the hotel was actually quite good. The Sunday night dinner special of Prime Rib Roast with Yorkshire, trimmings and choice of dessert for $42 Cdn was delicious. Perhaps the hotel might consider Senior's portions as an option. We would have been satisfied sharing 1 special. But when looking for wheelchair accessibility, this hotel proved to be outstanding.

The minor quibble of the size of portion for dinner was my biggest complaint. Also, a western omelet should contain ham/bacon, onion and diced peppers but not a mound of melted mozzarella cheese. Not sure if this was a chef "special" or if they want to advertise it as a "Best Western Omelet". Was happy that my wife does not have a lactose dietary restriction.

I had a lovely room. It was very comfortable and the bed was excellent. The servicing of the room was very nice. The front desks staff were very pleasant.

I was disappointed in the cafe. The desk staff who took my reservation was very nice. The service staff were pleasant but perfunctory. The meal was not enjoyable. The carrots ranged from orange to grey. The salmon was delicious. The beans were overcooked. The bun had been warmed in a microwave at too high a temp and became hard as soon as the heat left it. The shrimp the following night were not nice at all. The salad was overdressed…..I should have asked for dressing in the side.

The minute we walked through the door to reception we were welcomed by a very lovely receptionist. Our room was exceptionally large, clean and comfortable. It was a little dated but we loved the space, the comfy sofa and bed. We ate in the hotel and the meal was exceptional as was the service. This continued at breakfast as well. The location was good too. A little far to walk to town for us but literally a few minutes by car. A great hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

I would greatly appreciate a DC fast charger for my electric vehicle which is not a Tesla. I had to venture down the road to charge my car, and therefore had a meal at a nearby restaurant rather than being able to enjoy the dining room or other amenities of the hotel while charging my car on-site.

The room was extremely clean, and the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. The windows opened, which I like. We were on the second floor above the banquet hall. There was a wedding with dancing till 1 am, and I thought the music was well-dampened, but if you're sensitive to noise you might want a higher floor if an event is scheduled during your stay. We didn't try the restaurant, so I can't speak to it.

It is a long walk to downtown, although a 10/15-minute walk to the Festival Theater. It felt a little pricey for the location.

Location is ideal. Enjoy walking to the theatre and choosing to walk to dinner or dine in. Love having a gym at our disposal. A morning work-out is always a great start to the day. Pleasure to meet and chat with such courteous staff.

Our room did have an issue with a clogged bathroom sink. Reported the issue to staff in the morning. Building services attending to the issue immediately and returned to resolve while we were out for the day. When we returned later that same day the issue was resolved and room cleaned for a fresh start. Overall we are quite pleased with how managed, thank you!
