The location was perfect, as we wanted to walk and leave the car parked. The room was very comfortable and we were able to control room temperatures. It was a nice surprise to find half and half in the refrigerator and the coffee was very good.

There were no instructions for using the TV. We had difficulty finding networks and could not figure out how to use our Netflix app. The stairs are getting more difficult for us, so handling our bags was cumbersome.

The owners were very friendly, we mainly talked with Andrew. They were very accommodating with adding the extra bed, letting us check in earlier and check out a little later, and offering to hold our bags for us. The suites are very clean, comfortable, and spacious. You could easily sleep on the couches too. We liked that there was a Keurig, fridge, microwave, and utensils were available. The beds are soft and comfortable. We were able to walk to the main part of the town in 6 minutes. There is a lot of parking space available too.

One of the rooms was upstairs. We did not mind as we are young with no mobility issues. However, you should check before booking if you have troubles with going up steps.

The location was excellent. Short walk to downtown and the Avon theater and also a short walk to the Festival Theater.

There should be a full length mirror in the unit. There is a full length mirror in the main hallway though.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to theatres, river, gardens and downtown restaurants. It is on the main road so easy to get to. King suite is at the back, so relatively quiet. Means to make own breakfast exist (cereal and toast, say).

The King Suite is on the upper floor with steep steps and no elevator. Difficult for older guests like us. A warning on website may be worthwhile.

the location was central to the theaters and the restaurants / stores. it was spacious and included more amenities than I expected.

Our room faced Ontario Street, so it was noisy if you kept the terrace doors open. The room comes with a kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, silverware, coffee machine, knives and dishes. It didn’t have a dish drainer, which was really the only thing missing.

Great owners. Great breakfast. Super location. Very, very clean. Owners very accommodating and so friendly.

Third bed not as advertized. Book in room said breakfast at 8:30 but registration says 9:00am so we were 1/2 hr late to breakfast.

Such kind people! They did everything to make our visit perfect. Despite being right on Ontario Street, we found room quiet. It was also comfortable, with our own kitchen and bathroom. There was no need for the kitchen -- the hosts did everything they could to accommodate my diet restrictions.

Temperature controls weren't intuitive.

My second stay. Owned by a very nice couple and within walking distance of all the theaters and restaurant.

Beautiful older home, nicely renovated with lots of character. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable Hosts were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely go back.

Everything was perfect.

Owner was very personable, made sure I knew everything about the place....beautiful amenities, comfortable and close to everything, even offered extra parking for my friend
