Location and ease of finding property. Lots of parking. Front desk staff very pleasant however could be more engaging.

Coffee with lids would be more helpful for on the go cups. Nutritional offerings for breakfast should consider increasing protein offer. yogurt could be one with more protein per serving. Small trays to carry items to table would be nice for guests who are challenged by mobility challenges. if maid room service is only available every other day then please make sure supplies in room will last until room is serviced, ie enough TP and kleenex should be available in the room. No recycling bins in the rooms or on the floor.

The trolleys to bring your luggage in - they could use a brake - it was hard to keep them still when loading and unloading. The continental breakfast could have used more diabetic friendly options

The breakfast is very good. Cereals, eggs, peanut butter, chees, cheezwhiz, toast, good coffee, juice and waffle are available which is very good for this type of hotel. We have see many hotels in this category offering only cheap coffee and banana and no chairs ... they called this Grab and Go breakfast (Very minimal breakfast) The room was clean, wipes were included for cleaning items if desired. The bed mattress was excellent, bathroom was clean all stuff in the room was working as it should.

It was a good hotel for the price... better than many in this category.

Location was convenient, cost efficient and clean. Lots of restaurants and stores surrounding the hotel. Beds were comfortable, WiFi was quick and there was plenty of parking. Staff was courteous and professional.

The $200 security deposit seemed a little steep considering the room was only $88. Also, some people prefer not to have credit cards and they require one to check in.

Frequent staff and customer smoking breaks at the front of the building made being in that area uncomfortable for people who don't like the smell.

the breakfast was great everyday lots of food. the location was great lots of malls and shops near by. the rooms are very decent size. its comes with a fridge and micro wave that's an advantage. the staff were very friendly and very helpful

The location is excellent as it is very close to many restauraunts. The breakfast on site was great.

The building is not new but it is very well maintained. The carpeting in the room was showing its age.

I was very happy with the ladies at the reception. They were welcoming and were willing to positively respond to my request for a breakfast before 5 am. I knew I was coming to a two star hotel so I kept my expectations low and was not disappointed especially as I had been at a Day’s Inn before. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. The hotel was located right beside a Tim Horton’s, which was handy. There were all sorts of restaurants close by making it handy for my son’s hockey team to have a team supper. I, also, felt lucky that they were able to take my booking very last minute.

Good for short stay if you need just stay overnight. Hotel is not new, signs of wear is visible. Anyway it was clean and tidy. Brekfast options was minimal, but expectible fot that price.

Brekfast room could be situated and furnished better.

only thing I can say is the outside of your building doesn’t match the inside needs a face lift. also bathroom didn’t have a back up roll of toilet paper and the bed was a little hard. also breakfast needs improvement my daughter really wanted a waffle and there was no batter
