Omg everything. We were pleasantly surprised with everything: the location (didn't need to take the car that much), how big the room was (the kids had pleeeenty of space to run everywhere) and how comfortable the room was. I recommend +++ and for sure we're going to come back.

You can't access the stairs in order to get to your rooms, you always have to wait for the elevator

It covered all needs for a good breakfast.

The room needs maintenance follow up ;AC UNIT KEPTgoing off and on ( low on refrigerant ),toilet paper holder loose,and toilet sink slow to drain.

Not enough variety. Without expecting a full course break fest it would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs or the machine to make waffles. Person filling trays was quick to refill as necessary.

Wi-Fi connection in the room was minimal to none. But the next night I was in just 2 rooms over and it was excellent.

I reserved the room for 5 people, considering that there is a twin bed for the 5th person. However, the sofa bed wasn't comfortable, and the room was not as spacious as expected. The air conditioner was in the room, and it caused one side to be cold while the other side was hot. If we turned on the air conditioner, we were freezing on one side of the room, and the other side could only get slightly cooler.
