Very nice reception, rooms, everything was clean, the breakfast was great. I made the reservation after losing a flight and it's great that the hotel is at the airport and you can just walk there. My reservation was with breakfast included but when I arrived at the lounge on the 9th floor, my key card was not working. The Marriot staff responsible for the lounge, Sonia, was great and told us to have breakfast and then fix this with the reception. Sonia is very kind, attentive and has a great way of handling this kind of situation for the customer. After losing a connection and having zero support from AirCanada, we picked this hotel and what could have been another stressful situation about the breakfast, became a very good experience after meeting someone as attentive to the customer needs and rights as Sonia.

Despite the pictures showing the bathroom shower doors in glass, it was a tub with a shower curtain.

This is an excellent hotel if you have an early flight or simply want to be near the airport, as you are literally attached to the airport building. The room was spotless, large and bright. Very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom (shower & toilet) was also clean, spacious and stylish. The fitness room was also excellent, having space, a variety of machines and a good range of free weights. The restaurant/bar was also great, only slightly let down by the presence of some very loud guests who used a great deal of profanity. The club sandwich was delicious, the beer cold and clean, and the two-man acoustic entertainment fantastic.

The price is high but I don't think unreasonable.

The property was very convenient to the airport. We just had to ride down the escalator and we were ready to hit the US TSA and customs. The room was comfortable, the bed was good. The showerhead was nice and strong. Staff were very friendly.

Finding the front entrance was impossible. Our cab driver couldn’t figure out how to get us up to the level of the front doors. He finally left us off at a door marked with the 800 address and we had to walk down a corner and then up an elevator into the hotel. It was just very confusing. Once we got there, we loved the property.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was impeccably clean and spotless, creating a refreshing and comfortable environment. The check-in process was seamless and quick, which was much appreciated after our long journey. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complimentary bottles of water waiting for us, along with a coffee station to help us unwind. There were also convenient items available for purchase. As a family traveling with three kids, five bags, and two car seats, the location right at the airport was incredibly convenient. It made our travels so much easier and stress-free. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a hassle-free stay with excellent amenities!

I liked the location. After a long flight I really didn’t feel like having to wait for hotel shuttle busses. It was so nice to be able to just walk into the hotel from the airport. I found the staff very pleasant and appreciated that, unlike other airport hotels I checked out, the bar / restaurant was open until 11:00pm and so I was able to have a drink when I arrived. I also enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the morning. The view of the airport from the window was an added bonus.

The hotel information on the screen in my room was all in French. This hotel is in an International airport, surely it should offer multiple languages.

Restaurant staff (2) were too busy gossiping about their personal life to serve me, take my order and check on me. Walked by me several times making sure not to make eye contact! I finally had to stand up and wave my arms to get their attention. Then one went on break and the other apologized. TOO late! At the price of my room and dinner I would expect better! (Out of my personal pocket since I was not traveling for business).

We live 2 hours from airport. Didn’t want to drive 2 hours in the wee hours, preferred spending those hours sleeping, so Marriott was perfect since we were flying early the next morning. Room was gorgeous, clean, comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant was accommodating and food was good. The only thing that bothered me quite a bit was the price we paid. Of course we wanted it to be convenient for us so there is a price to pay of course but still, I think it’s overpriced, taking advantage of travelers…

The room was much bigger than I expected with a nice view of the planes. The bathroom had great amenities and the room service was excellent. When I went to check out I just enquired about a taxi but once I had grabbed something to eat they were all prepared for me and had arranged a taxi which was an extra level of service.

The grab and go cafe was ok but not impressive. I felt like the quality of the options for breakfast and pastries could be improved on. Also when I got my room service order, the bread was a bit dry and the fries were a medium temperature. However, loved the addition of the sauces and the drink was very nicely served. I expected to just receive the can but it came in a glass with garnish which was great.

I was there simply to rest before my delayed plane resumed my travel to my final destination. We were only in the room for 5 hours before returning to the airport. therefore it was convenient but way over priced for the time spent in the room. We certainly appreciate being able to walk in from the airport. Thanks

We stopped in at the bar for a drink before heading up and the waiter took forever to get our order and then served the adjoining table who ordered after us.

located in the airport, couldn't be more convenient. large, quiet rooms. view of the runway. big skies. we sleep well here every time! and the dining room serves thoughtful food, not overpriced, with cheerful servers :)

all is well. we look forward to staying here every year.
