Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was impeccably clean and spotless, creating a refreshing and comfortable environment. The check-in process was seamless and quick, which was much appreciated after our long journey. We were pleasantly surprised to find two complimentary bottles of water waiting for us, along with a coffee station to help us unwind. There were also convenient items available for purchase. As a family traveling with three kids, five bags, and two car seats, the location right at the airport was incredibly convenient. It made our travels so much easier and stress-free. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a hassle-free stay with excellent amenities!

I liked the location. After a long flight I really didn’t feel like having to wait for hotel shuttle busses. It was so nice to be able to just walk into the hotel from the airport. I found the staff very pleasant and appreciated that, unlike other airport hotels I checked out, the bar / restaurant was open until 11:00pm and so I was able to have a drink when I arrived. I also enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the morning. The view of the airport from the window was an added bonus.

The hotel information on the screen in my room was all in French. This hotel is in an International airport, surely it should offer multiple languages.

The room was much bigger than I expected with a nice view of the planes. The bathroom had great amenities and the room service was excellent. When I went to check out I just enquired about a taxi but once I had grabbed something to eat they were all prepared for me and had arranged a taxi which was an extra level of service.

The grab and go cafe was ok but not impressive. I felt like the quality of the options for breakfast and pastries could be improved on. Also when I got my room service order, the bread was a bit dry and the fries were a medium temperature. However, loved the addition of the sauces and the drink was very nicely served. I expected to just receive the can but it came in a glass with garnish which was great.

We live 2 hours from airport. Didn’t want to drive 2 hours in the wee hours, preferred spending those hours sleeping, so Marriott was perfect since we were flying early the next morning. Room was gorgeous, clean, comfy bed and pillows. Restaurant was accommodating and food was good. The only thing that bothered me quite a bit was the price we paid. Of course we wanted it to be convenient for us so there is a price to pay of course but still, I think it’s overpriced, taking advantage of travelers…

I was there simply to rest before my delayed plane resumed my travel to my final destination. We were only in the room for 5 hours before returning to the airport. therefore it was convenient but way over priced for the time spent in the room. We certainly appreciate being able to walk in from the airport. Thanks

We stopped in at the bar for a drink before heading up and the waiter took forever to get our order and then served the adjoining table who ordered after us.

The biggest thing for me was the location. The worst thing was the outrageous price you’re charging a senior honest to God I couldn’t believe it but I didn’t have a choice because I had to be there so early in the morning but the next time I would not stay there. It’s just ridiculous it was, a 25% the cost of my whole trip which I spend a week in Mexico my god there’s something wrong with that

I thought the room was nice. I certainly could see some dust. There was a little bit of almost like a dark mould in the shower and you know I know that you use really great cleaning supplies. Are you supposed to buy something as simple as using a product, like a Tilex for mold, would make sure that that would never Set in.

The location cannot be beat!!! Having a one night stopover in Montreal between flights, as well as an early flight the following morning, I did not want to spend time or money on taxis or shuttles, but to mention dragging my luggage from place to place. Walking directly into the Marriott Hotel without leaving the airport is perfect!!! The desk staff and valets were incredibly professional, welcoming, accommodating and friendly!! The staff at the bar and restaurant were the same! My room was perfectly clean and comfortable! I just wish I could have stayed longer!!!

The only reason I did not give this hotel a 10 rating is that there are mice in the bar. Not aggressive mice tho. They just run away.

Staff was great! My stay was related to the CrowdStrike issue, and the hotel was very good at taking care of us during that fiasco.

The restaurant in the hotel was between mediocre and good. I was surprised at the so-so quality of the food compared to the rather expensive price. My wife and I decided that airport food was just as good as the Marriott restaurant and it was much cheaper, so we ate airport food for the rest of our stay.

Great location! Some of the best chicken wings I have ever had! Loved the large rooms with the view of the planes. So many places to plug devices. Comfy bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Did not get in the pool but the view from the pool room was amazing. Loved the lighting fixtures in the room that all had the patterns in the shades.

So when I arrived there was no one at the valet counter (which is fine I was just dropping bags off) but as I looked around for the check in area I saw signs it was on 4. The two elevators at valet did not work and when I got to the second escalator it was stopped. Saw a whole bunch of older people nearly kill themselves trying to get the bags up to the 4th floor. When I told the lady at check in she acted so surprised and maybe thought I was making it up.

The room was huge, clean and beautiful. I loved the ease of waking up in the morning and being inside the airport, it was a great location for flying out early - I wish I would have has more time to explore and use the amenities, but it was perfect for what I needed after a long work trip.

There wasn't much I didn't like, I thought the price was a bit steep, but the location, cleanliness & space made up for that.
