Greeted warmly when we arrived. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff were able to recommend where to eat which was very close to the hotel. Breakfast had all the staples plus some hot food (scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage). Staff were all very pleasant.

Parking lot was a little icy but given the weather conditions at the time (freezing rain), it would have been hard to keep on top of that. You could tell that salt had been put down so there was not much else staff could really do. Other than that, no issues at all.

The beakfast was nice. Scrambled eggs, home fries, and sausage was great for me. Waffles were a nice option. Of course they had cereal, toast, bagels, and english muffins. Coffee was good too.

Having booked months in advance for my two stays, it would have been nice to get a ground floor room at least once. We are getting older and hauling suitcases up to the second floor isn't as easy as it used to be. You could use age as an indicator in your automated booking system.

While I was there, my car was stolen from your parking lot. The gentleman on the desk called the police for me (because of my lack of French) and gave me a quiet spot to contact my insurance company. Then, the young woman who worked the desk after him was kind enough to try to get me a cab to the train station (again because of my embarrassing lack of French) and interrupted a text I received in French. Both were very kind and supportive.

My car got stollen!

Location was great, right off the highway and walking distance to several restaurants and gas. Hotel, property and room was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not much that we didn't like. We came for a clean and safe place to sleep for us and our dog and we got that. If I had to pick something, a bonus would have been any amenities, pool, gym, hot tub - but not necessary as I know that would have increased the price.

Queen size beds were good. Fridge and microwave in room. Parking in front of the room. Comfort Inn is located close to super markets, restaurants and major highway arteries. Free breakfast with the usual choices for this type of hotel (cereal, toast, egg, bacon or beef patty, hash browns).

Breakfast area is quite small.

Staff was helpful and fluently bilingual. Location was great with excellent highway access and good dining options. Room was clean and well equipped. Loved the mattresses! As someone with a bad back, beds can be tricky, but yours were ideal.

Getting luggage into the building was awkward. It involved holding open a heavy door, navigating a sharp turn, then climbing stairs and opening another heavy door.

The room was clean and comfortable and the TV was a nice size. The bathroom was very clean and fairly modern. The staff was friendly.

Our room was set aside for dogs but had carpet, maybe flooring would have been a better choice. Also, a curtain that allowed light as well as privacy would have been nice.

The place was very clean. The facility was modern. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming. There was a wide varity of items for breakfast. Location was near for shopping and restaurants.

There was not lot of place to sit for breakfast. Having said that I did find a place.

The location was great! Breakfast was fabulous! Very clean! Everyone was so pleasant and accomodating! I forgot my makeup mirror. We called and they said that they had it! They held it for us at the front desk and we swung by and got it on the way back!

Nothing! We plan to stay there again! Pleasantly surprised!

I did an upgrade as was having an issue health wise and didn’t want to be lugging my suitcase up the stairs. And I liked the idea I was able to park my car right outside my room which made access to my car easier.

I couldn’t find the hotel at first, not sure if it was the gps getting it wrong or I was.
