We stayed at Quality Suites in Drummondville in late July 2025. This was the best stay over a two-week vacation. The pros about this hotel include: - very pleasant reception experience with bilingual staff - amazing rooms, very well appointed. - the hotel is exceptionally clean - most comfortable bed ever! - perfect climate control. - excellent shower, well stocked bathroom - Keurig coffee machine with ample pods - fantastic breakfast; not your typical buffet style, more a cafeteria style where staff serve you. Great selection and very tasty.

The cons: absolutely none.

Wow, what a lovely hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had a kitchenette in our room with separate second bedrooms. Discovered thd Nuero spa bed! What an absolute treat!! Breakfast was excellent. Staff served the hot food and pastries. Coffee and fruit juice machine available 24hrs, no extra cost.. This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed in! 11/10.

Wish I'd noted the Neurpspa bed earlier!. There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel. It is very highly recommended.

It is a very good hotel offering a good complimentary breakfast and available coffee and juice all the time in the lobby. Swimming pool was not that big but it definitely did the job. Staff were nice, although the hotel was really busy. Minor issues were solved by them. Charging station for electric cars was also available and free of charge.

Our room , queen suite with 2 beds , was not as large as we expected but still having a door in the middle between 2 beds , created a bit of privacy. Before going to hotel we had checked if the laundry was available and the answer was yes and it is free of charge but unfortunately it was out of order during our stay. We offered to give the cloths to them to be washed by the hotel’s washing machine which we didn’t do so.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and nice with complimentary 24 hour coffee and juice. The included breakfast was a great addition. The suite was laid out very well. It had a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, refrigerator and small table and chairs as well as dishes and silverware. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a rain shower-head as well as a large vanity with lots of space to put your toiletries. There was chair, a good sized tv on the wall and a bed with 2 nightstands in one room and another bed with massage and music also with separate nightstands in the second room which contained a work desk. The two sleeping areas were divided by sliding doors that could be left open or closed off for privacy. All of which had newer hardwood floors and was very clean. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Didn’t have time to use the pool or fitness center but noticed other guests were. Would be happy to stay here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The suite was very comfortable and I appreciated having a couch to sit on and watch TV. THe location was very convenient, close to the highway but the rooms were not noisy. The breakfast was very good and had options for my husband who needs gluten free. It was great that the breakfast opened early too.

Stay were comfortable and very convenient... Parking easy. Near gas station and some facilities..... breakfast surprisingly parfait. Great service and a lot of choses to choose from. Piscine very propre. And family friendly. In room we had. For neuro air bed. With a lot of choses of massage therapy good for sleeping ..I recommend for.sure.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Every hotel could take a lesson from this Quality Suites. Every detail has been attended to. Perfect!

I wouldn't have it any other way. I only wish other hotels in this same chain could be better. Congratulations Drummondville on getting it right!

Staff was very friendly and ensured we got a room type we needed to accommodate a wheelchair. Layout was great! Bed was huge and had a self guided sample demonstration of spa type music and massage type motions. Also, room had a large Murphy bed. Room included microwave, fridge, sink and a table with 2 chairs. Staff even included a shower chair to make it easier for guest who was using a wheelchair!

We had an adjoining room which we didn't know. When we entered the room the first time we were trying to open all the doors to see what was behind them. The other guest were very rude. Maybe there should be a sign on that door to advise it is an adjoining room. Or advise guests when they check in.

Honestly, this place is a gem! The suite we stayed in (two queens and a pull down bed) was awesome. If I could swing being outside of the major metros for a longer term stay, I would choose this place for sure! Obviously more budget friendly than the big cities and you get great accommodations, free breakfast, and gym access (pool was closed)

Great location. Just off the Hwy. Staff very professional and polite. Breakfast was very good. Beds comfortable and rooms were clean, spacious and very clean. Reasonably priced. Will definetly stay again.

They accidently placed us in a room with a shower. When I booked a bath. We still would stay again. They were gracious in apologizing.
