1) The lady at the reception was very friendly and efficient. 2) Parking is free and right in front of the door. 3) The price can not be beaten in Drummondville or almost anywhere else. 4) The TV was modern with many channels. 5) The bathroom was very clean. 6) The heating was proper since it was cold being the end of December. 7) There are many facilities offered on the premises like a restaurant and washer\dryer. 8) The WI-FI was excellent. 9) We were allowed to get the room a little earlier before the official check-in time. 10) The location although not in the center of the city, is right off the highway.

1) Between the night table and the bed, there was some dirt and what seemed to be peanuts' shells. 2) The TV was difficult to operate at first. 3) The name is a bit confusing; it is now the Travelodge by Wyndham Drummondville but it used to be the Motel Blanchet.

Great location, close parking to unit. Clean suite and decent mattress height from floor. Liked having an accessible unit with couch to watch TV.

Mixup with booking date changes delayed check-in, but receptionist was able to make corrections and book alternate unit with queen bed instead of 2 beds, though costs were maintained. Only had single pillow each, but brought extras when asked for. I don't know why there's only 1 facecloth per guest. (At least 1 for face and 1 for body on arrival day still doesn't give fresh one for departure morning). No answer at reception when I called to get extra facecloths. Unit had no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) though having stayed there before I thought they were supplied.

We appreciated the thoughtfulness into the accessibility planning for the room - i.e. the mini ramp at the doorway making the threshold easier to maneuver, room spaciousness, the closest was at an accessible height, the extended chair for the shower, low pile carpet.

The only thing which could have been better would have been mounted grab bars on the walls by the toilet vs the handles. Handles tend to get in way (for wheelchair users).

We appreciated being able to park directly in front of our room unit, making it much easier to carry our stuff into our space. Carpeted room has an inside hall door, linking it to other rooms too (e.g. conference hall), which would be great if travelling with a group for a special event. Liked having a microwave and mini-fridge to store beverages/snacks. Restaurant was separately owned and operated during hours of 5:30-9PM. We tried it out and thoroughly enjoyed the family-style menu of burgers, fish, pizza, etc... In spite of the waitress not speaking much English, we managed to place an order and found the homestyle pizza to be quite delicious and filling!

Room was a bit cool on arrival so had to wait for thermostat to bring room to a comfortable temperature on rainy day. I wanted to nap before supper and would have welcomed a heavy blanket throw to put over me while lying on the bed (I like to get in under the covers only at bedtime). The option for an extra pillow would've been nice, as my husband likes a more elevated sleeping experience for health reasons. We enjoyed having a sofa couch to sit on in the room, but found it hard to see the TV clearly from that seated position due to awkward furniture arrangement. , We weren't able to walk to the restaurant (indoors) from our unit, as the distance seemed too unachievable from a disability perspective!

Close to the main highway on the south shore between Montreal and Quebec. Large tub to soak in room outside the bathroom was a plus. Had all the additional amenities like bar fridge with small freezer section, small microwave and coffee maker. Had both interior hallway and external parking area entrances.

To make room for the large tub in the bedroom, the bathroom was small as well as the shower stall was small. However, to have a separate tub and shower is extremely rare in accommodation in this price range. An older property, but well maintained.

All absolutely excellent, except we suggest different sized pillows! We found them TOO big. It’d be really good to have half large + firm and half not so big and softer!! Otherwise….perfection!! Thankyou!! That was our return trip, + we chose to stay there again, a few weeks later….so that speaks for itself. 🤗

Front desk very friendly. Room clean. Could benefit from having info explaining how to use the Roku TV as well as the window A/C unit. Not clear whether the window unit buttons or the thermostat on the wall actually control the cooling and fan speed. I used the controls on the unit itself and the room cooled off just fine. My first stay here and I was pleasantly surprised. Stayed in room #209 with large (king?) bed and assigned parking space right outside my door. Will return.

we were happy with the location (right off the highway) and also grateful that the front desk staff and the restaurant staff were able to accommodate our lack of French! It was convenient to have the restaurant attached to the hotel after being on the road for over 10 hours and it was fantastic to be able to order over the phone and then have them call the room when it was ready for pick up!

We have stayed at this location many times over the years while travelling between Ontario and Newfoundland. The staff have always been extremely pleasant and helpful. After Travelodge took over we thought the nightly rates would increase, but they have remained lower than other properties in the area, and still provide great value for your dollar. The rooms are quite large and we have always found the beds to be comfortable and very clean. The on-site restaurant is very good and reasonably priced.

Perfect spot to stop for the night while traveling long distances on the Trans Canada. Nothing fancy but check in was easy, the room wash clean, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Everything we needed to get a good nights sleep before getting back on the road.
