The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the whole floor was quiet. We didn't hear any other guests during our 3-day stay. The on-site restaurants and room service are convenient. There is a small playground in the courtyard which was great for us. The location is on a busy commercial street, easy to get to the Zoo and other Granby attractions. Tons of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

The room service and breakfast food is mediocre, more like cafeteria food. We didn't try the upscale restaurant, perhaps that's better. Rooms were small. If we had used the pull-out couches, there would have been no remaining floor space. We booked two interconnected rooms which made it work for our family. The room was impeccably clean except for the grout in the shower, which is typical of hotels (more hotels should use easy-to-clean shower surrounds!).

Overall very satisfactory. Location to amenities, attractions, food options was excellent. Within a short walk or drive. Smooth check in and out with courteous staff. An older hotel but kept up well with renovated bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice courtyard with pool , hot tubs and children ‘s playground which made the area very conducive for families. Copious parking and the cafeteria style breakfast was tasty with more than enough food and decent coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, particularly due to its convenient location near the zoo, malls, and restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we appreciated the mini play area in the cafeteria, which was perfect for kids. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming, making my experience even more enjoyable.

Great value. Pleasantly surprised by the facilities for the price: outdoor fire pit and hot tubs, on-site restaurants, gym, and games room. I had the striploin steak at the pub restaurant and it was tender and juicy, perfectly cooked. We upgraded to the room with two queen beds and a wood-like floor, which was quite modern. It seemed like it had been recently renovated.

This is very minor, but perhaps include a kettle or drip-style coffee maker, which would give more options than the Keurig-style coffee maker and coffee provided.

Spacious and clean room with balcony. Restaurants within property. Kind staff. Good facilities. Building is old however well maintained and everything worked properly, we had a pleasant stay and well rest.

Next to somewhat busy traffic and commercial area, our room still had view on a hill and green vegetation. We booked the room previous day for the solar eclipse so the price was 150% more of the usual. However, all hotels did the same and we were happy to get any room in the last minute.

Very nice, clean entrance. The pub was nice, with reasonably priced food. The beds were comfortable. Room was spacious with a separate wall vanity to do hair/makeup from the bathroom. Centrally located. Lots of things around it.

The walls were thin. I could hear people coughing in their rooms near me during the night. I wish the fan was a bit louder in the room, could have maybe blocked that?

-Everything was great. -I was worried if two hot tubs got populated, but it was just us for a while. -The same goes for the play room. It was very entertaining. -Breakfast was also good. -Room was good as expected. - I really liked the furniture quality. We just could not open the balcony door.

I wish the ping pong table was available as well.

Pillows had no support and beds were hard..carpet was old too

I travelled with my family and friends. It was a pleasant stay.. the rooms were neat , staffs were very pleasant and welcoming. We had food from the restaurant inside the hotel and it was really good. The location had easy access to shops like Walmart, Canadian tire, home depot, and various restaurants..

Great location if you’re visiting Granby Zoo. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and well presented. I was especially impressed with what the hotel does to keep children happy: playground, kiddie pool, games room with lots of toys and games tables. In the pub, children were welcome and the children’s menu was perfect. Lots of highchairs available.
