The breakfast was overall quite decent (and much appreciated). We used and enjoyed the gym, which was clean and well-appointed, and the washer and dryer. We really appreciated the space in our unit, along with all the services and amenities provided, as well as having staff available to assist and answer questions.

We would have loved if they had offered more fresh fruit and some hard cheeses (even individually wrapped single-serve cheddar for example). For that breakfast format, I understand the need for individually packaged items (e.g., peanut butter, cream cheese, etc.), but since they had a mini-fridge, it would have been nice -- for the sake of the envrionmental impact -- to have cartons of milk and cream for the coffee. Also, it would make sense to add a well-stocked change machine up by the washer and dryer.

Excellent location, easy to access and close to main attractions. Very clean and comfy. The person at reception on arrival was very helpful and forthcoming to answer questions about vicinity details. The breakfast is above continental average, including an outdoor eating area.

Small details, such as the light in the washroom area would not turn off (it's automatic, does not have a switch). The sink is very large (good) but leaves no room for a countertop (not so good).

The location is good, close by stores and some restaurants. The room was spacious with a walk-in wardrobe, a room and living room and a kitchenette.

I don’t think it was worth the value for money. It is sold as a room for 4 people, but the truth is one bed was actually a folding coach.

You hear the guests on the first floor walking, sound insulation is not so good. Tip: try to get a room on the first floor.

The facility was clean and well-maintained. The rooms and beds were nice. Our trip was very enjoyable. One thing where they outshined is the outstanding staff (Karine and Sabrina), and they made sure our stay is enjoyable, We received every assistance we could imagine from the staff. they were very accommodating and helpful. Please note, We were a big group of 7 families with kids; So of course we were more noisy than normal. But I would rate them 5/5. Best service ever!

I recommend, they include bacon and eggs for breakfast.

The hotel administration must take measures against smoking cannabis at less then 9 meters from the building. (as the Quebec law stipulates) Some guests used to smoke directly under our window.Also the snowmobiles must park at some distance away from the main building since they are very noisy and air polluting and they are often times left on idle for long minutes in the early morning.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel is well-situated. There was a lot of parking space, as we had come during off-season, so few people were there.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming ; hard-boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bread, juice... I was expecting more diversity.

The staff was fantastic. Warm welcome and very friendly. The location is great, across from the water, walking distance to street with lots of restaurants, and main road. Clean rooms and new bathroom. More than enough towels. Comfortable bed. Will surely recommend.

The breakfast service could be improved. More variety in terms of food. Not sure about the free and paying breakfast depending on days 🤔😊 We had a free lunch on Sunday but had to pay on Monday. The hotel room cost $$ was the same on both nights 🌙 Go figure??? They did offer us two cups of ☕ for the machine on Monday though.

location not too crowded and outdoor not like tall building

we were not able to use the coffee machine wasted the coffee it was not working my bed was not done properly I did not have a bedsheet over or under my comforter my sister had a bedsheet under and over the comforter no eggs at breakfast

Right next to the water and a big parking lot. The beds and pillows were comfortable. If you are looking for a basic affordable clean place, then this is perfect for you. 40 min drive to haute gorges national park.

There was a smell in the hallway but inside the room was fine. The breakfast included is not the best. Stale bread, stale croissant, jam, peanut butter, cereal, yogurt and jus. And the coffee was not really good either. Therefore, plan a breakfast somewhere else if you would want more.
