The location was awesome and the rooms and surrounding area was all spotless The size of the room was very nice and included a good size table to sit at both inside and out (on a small balcony). Plenty of parking and a cute section for a continental breakfast (for a small fee). Would 💯 return.

The only thing was the rooms were not as soundproof as we would have liked BUT it was completely quiet at night so this would not deter us from returning.

The heating system and the curtains. Basically to avoid curtains being above the heating system .. the dark curtains did not pull in. Consequently.. all there was was a flight sheer curtain to the parking.. and really anyone could see in.. seems odd.. and inconvenient. No way to get the room totally dark or private

The room was updated, more like a hotel than a motel. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The property is located right by the highway but also on a street of several nice restaurants and cafés.

Everything. Great big room, well equipped, very clean, comfy bed and everything updated and practically new. Owner was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to change the room from second floor to ground floor because of mobility issues

Nothing. The town of Malbaie didn’t offer much to see and do but Baie St Paul was only 30 minutes away and Tadoussac 1 hour away

Clean and spacious room with all necessary equipment. Little kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. Enough cutlery and glasses to be comfortable. Silent complex with easy parking! Housekeeping was very good!

Nothing to dislike but we missed a watercooker

the room was clean and comfortable and very well kept. It is in a very good location close to the water but no water view. It is on a street with a variety of bistros.

Wish we could have had a room on the gorund floor but they were sold out by the time we arrived. I wish that there was an option, when booking through a third party, to select ground floor or other. We might not have stayed here if we had been staying for longer than a night.

the room was big very quiet ,we stayed in the deluxe king studio ,the little kitchenette was replenished .with microwave small fridge with freezer grill oven to make toasts in the morning coffee maker ( Keurig)and two coffee pods , salt pepper .plates wine and water glasses the sink was a plus to wash dishes .. there was no room service but no problem getting clean towels or anything we may need just need to ask and they will give you

We were treated well. All the staff were friendly, competent, and went out of their way to meet our needs.
