Comfortable bed, location is fine, clean, fair shower.

There's no front desk and everything has to be done by phone with Internet. For tourists, this is simply not a good idea, right? If your phone runs out of battery, you can't get into the hotel and you can't contact anyone to help. I had to call to speak to someone to check in from outside the hotel, carrying all my stuff. Very inconvenient. And we need an app to open and close our room's door too. We had a problem with this, we had to contact the staff (by text) and they just gave us a solution one hour later. We had a tour scheduled and had to leave our room unlocked because of that. Closing our room's door shouldn't be complicated.

The room was located in a very nice area, right next to a street with shops and within walking distance from the old town, which was great as we didn’t need to use a car. The bed was extremely large and comfortable, and there was also a coffee machine with capsules, which was a nice addition.

On the downside, the window of the room faced an interior space of the hotel where various items were stored. While there was some natural light coming through, the window could not be opened to let in fresh air, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, well decorated and felt old-school. They provided a voucher for breakfast at a cafe at walking distance from the hotel, and it was very good although there weren't many options to choose from. The location was superb as it was very close to the plains of Abraham park, I could walk from there and get to Old Quebec in no time.

Some AC outlets didn't seem to work as I could only charge my gadgets on a few of them. The breakfast being out of the hotel's facilities threw me off at first, it wasn't a big deal but I can't imagine staying during harsher weather. I stayed in the second floor and the stairs felt very steep returning after an entire day's walk.

This is a beautiful property in a great location to catch buses, taxis, or just walk around the neighborhood, enjoying shops and food. The staff was also amazing. They answered all of our questions that we had about the area and because there was no elevator in the hotel they helped us lug our suitcases upstairs.

The only downside about the property was that there was no elevator. I knew that before I booked and made a point of asking him if someone could help us take our suitcases upstairs. My traveling partner and I are both in our 70s and so we knew that we’d need that extra help. It was given, very graciously!

Helpful employees, great location, ambiance of the room.

Very high stairs. When you are staying, please contact the staff and book a place on the 1st floor

Location is approx. 20-25 minute walk from Old Quebec. It was close to restaurants on Avenue Cartier and Grand Allee Ouest. There is a room with microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, mini fridge & table seating if you purchase take out food.

The included breakfast was not on site. We were given coupons for a local cafe. It was fine for us, but with mobility issues it could be a problem. Our room was on ground level, but stairs were steep and there was no elevator. It would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. There was no plug adapted to charge a phone. A lamp is needed behind chair in room for reading. Need written instructions for a/c and tv.

Front Desk Staff were FANTASTIC!!!!! Breakfast: Besides yogurt, it was all pastries and breads, which were good. Teas and coffee. Room: Beautiful, old building, a little creekedy, but not too loud and it was very clean. Bathroom was newer remodel which was great. Location: Great. 2 blocks from a park overlooking the Saint Lawrence River, 1 mile from the old town, walled city of Old Quebec and many sights! A few blocks to restaurants and small grocery store. Provided a free bus pass for 3 days that picked up in front of building.

Breakfast: I prefer more substance - eggs and meat proteins, and fruits in the morning. This was more of a continential breakfast so I was looking for an earlier lunch to replenish my energy for the rest of the day. Room: My room was an interior room (room #23; only room available at time of booking) with no view; only window is ground level inset back in an alcove of sort, 10 feet wide and 20 feet to the exterior of the building and the parking lot in the back of the building, seeing the building across the alley.

- Good location with private parking - Old French charm - Comfortable bed

- Beware of very narrow and steep stairs which are not for the disabled or faint hearted (and no elevator)

Pleasant, clean and quiet place. I would definitely stay there again.

No eggs or any other not-sweet-food for breakfast

Staff were helpful. Location is very good and convenient for exploring the area.

They close the reception side at 9 pm. There is no tea/coffee after that time. Before 9 pm it is served by request but no kettle in the room if u wanna have something warm to drink. I wish they would create at least a common area for guests to prepare some warm beverages for themselves. Besides, the shower was broken. There wasn’t proper shower head in the cabinet and after taking shower the bathroom will be full of water.
