Super clean, great amenities.

The loft is a little dark - only has windows in the living room, so no outside light in the bedroom. It is on the ground floor, with garbage bins on the sidewalk where the window is. There was someone going through the garbage around 10:30pm. They could pretty much see into the apartment - this made me uncomfortable. Location is ok.

Very large clean and bright. Laundry and cooking facilities well maintained. Beds very comfortable and blackout blinds for night time. The automated entry system worked perfectly and all email instructions were clear. Good location near the hip St Roche neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. You do have to walk 25 min to get to the old town - fine in summer. There’s a metro supermarket less than 4 min walk as well as restaurants and bars on the street. The thrift shop/soup kitchen next door was shut for holidays during our stay.

It was all good. The wifi did move slowly/drop out for me but my teens weren’t complaining. The venue did start asking for evidence of ID and signed credit card forms in the week before arrival - difficult for us as by then we were travelling and internet access was intermittent

The interior of the condo was clean, spacious, with good cooking, relaxing and sleeping arrangements. The funkiness of the interior was a big hit with everyone in our party of four. The beds were comfy, and having a full kitchen was fantastic. The bathroom, an important consideration for any stay, was modern, clean, and very functional. The walk to old Quebec was easy and enjoyable. The building was secure. A parking garage was a short walk away and the all day parking was inexpensive. All in all a great place to stay.

The neighbourhood is still a bit rough. Rue St Joseph has great shops, restaurants, and 2 wonderful coffee shops. The streets on either side are considerably less well appointed, much more run down, and frequented by the usual downtown core homelessness, drunken yelling at all hours. On Friday night there was a solid 6 hours of thumping bass that started at 10:30 pm. This did not really detract from our stay but if you are not used to living downtown these could be unpleasant surprises.

The loft, apart from the parking, is exactly same as the pictures available in the app. The location was ok because was a bit far form the old town with the stores and famous places to visit. However, there were in front of the Loft several restaurants and also a grocery shop in a 2 minutes walking distance.

The loft's floor was not clean as expected. My daughter's feet were dirty all the time and me and my parents could not stay in the place without using shoes. I didn't like also the parking spot that didn't give us security to keep our car as didn't have a gate or any wall restricting people's access. I remember seeing a picture in the app of a gate entrance for the parking.

Great central location, minutes walk from Via Rail station. Very spacious unit, high ceilings and large windows! beautiful exposed brick walls and everything seems newly renovated.

The property does not have a reception and you’re on your own when it comes to check in. The apartment was tidy but floors were dirty and ironing board was broken. Plates and cutlery were few and heavily used (chipped, scratched). AC wasn’t easy to figure out and it didn’t seems to be do a lot. The room is tucked in the back and was lacking some ventilation on a hot night.

LOVED IT! Easy to get in to the loft (codes and email - awesome), great internet, clean, quiet, the shower was amazing (pressure), loved the high ceilings and all the modern accommodations. Called several times to confirm a few things and the answering service was very kind or answered all my questions with patience.

A few things that made the stay difficult. The double bed was not comfortable. I ended up sleeping on the L shaped leather couch that was much more comfortable. Would be better replaced as a platform bed as in pics of the other places. There is no Keurig as well. Besides the bed and Keurig, we loved it and would come back.

Spacious and clean !

The area has a lot of homeless and noisy people especially at Night . And the parking area does Not feel Safe to Go to at Night Time . Poorly lit and Remote.

The flat is really great, very spacious, clean and fully equipped. The facilities and the household appliances are new and come in handy. We loved the room distribution as it allows privacy for the adults and a quiet place for the kids. The staff was nice and helpful.

The main issue is the location which I can only describe as Homeless city. A bunch of out-of-luck, marginalized homeless people conggregate around the Lofts, the adjacent streets and the nearby supermarket at all times, day and night. Shouting, begging, drug dealing, and street drinking and littering is a common occurence. It is much more uncomfortable than dangerous, but the wife and kids felt unsafe. The neighbourhood is also in stark contrast with the main tourist sites, which have a very clean, safe, and joyous French atmosphere feel.

It was very clean, quiet, nice and a good location. Grocery store was within walking distance. Street was quiet by 9 every night.

The little stores in the area closed too early and the lighting in Loft was too dim. Other then that everything was excellent.
