The price is amazing! If you have a car, this location is perfect to drive into Quebec and not far from the mall and other good restaurants. Don't expect a 5 star hotel but it perfect for what we needed! The internet is super fast and the room was very clean. You get a fridge as well.

We did have a fire alarm in the middle of the night and it was a little confusing not having any staff around to know what to do

The queen bed and down comforter and pillows made it luxurious and relaxing. The easy access to the bus stop-just a 30-second walk. The recycling made me feel good, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower.

Receptionist could provide invoice of paid account from booking.com, and a manager number to help solve disputes more easily.

The floor was quiet. I took cab at first to downtown but then enjoyed taking the buses once my timeline became less rushed. I liked the area around the residence and wish I had been able to see the pool and library.

The bed could have been wider and longer. My feet hung off the end. Just foam would have been better than springs. The shower could have used fabric or light plastic curtains instead of thick plastic. The closet could have used more than one clothes hanger.

Staff were very helpful. The room was clean. When we had an issue with an appliance in the room, it was replaced for us quickly. Ample parking was available. Also, we appreciated on site recycling, water/ice and microwaves.

While we appreciated a private bathroom, the washroom was very small. We had also requested a lower floor, which could not be accommodated. The elevators worked fine though.

Comfortable bed and bathroom…quiet location…a bit far from Old Québec and not easily served by public trans. No kitchen or food available nearby. The building was a college dorm and the room must have belonged to the floor’s RA, because most of the rooms on the floor didn’t have their own bathroom. The free parking and the friendly desk staff were appreciated.

The small fridge was so noisy that we had to unplug it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We had travelled for some days already so we were happy to be able to use the washing machines and dryers provided! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We needed change to use the facilities (coffee machine, washing machines, dryers, etc.) and never had some… Luckily, the staff always helped us make change.

Despite the fact I was checking in after 11pm, the guard on duty helped me with the key and gave me all info to get around. The most kind and generous person I ever met 😍. He deserves a promotion for sure.

For the budget I had, every dollar was spent wisely.

Excellent value. Clean facilities. Accommodated my needs. I don't know why people write negative reviews. It's a student residence. Who comes to Quebec city to stay in a motel room all day?

Quite far from Quebec city and old Quebec. I knew this already, though. A 5 day bus pass at $30.00 was great in getting around. Would have been nice to have a fan in the room.

This is our second time staying here. It's a fantastically affordable option for visiting Quebec City. The rooms are very basic and no frills but the mattresses are comfy and the facilities clean. Can't beat the value!

Price... room is nothing fancy, but fit the bill rather well. Just needed a place to sleep during a weekend sporting event... slept very well. Easy to get to, plenty of parking and out of the busy city area. No noisy HVAC fan/unit in room like most low-cost hotels.
