Clean, perfect location for travellers

Vending machines accept coins only - who would carry coins nova days? ATM in the hall did not work. Fridge in the room sounds like taking off Boeing. And I did not understand the $50 charge for the dog, as there was no dog bed, no dog food -‘ free breakfast, eh? :) - no nothing provided for the dog, yet charge was taken almost the same as for the human.

Almost everything. Large room, hot shower, comfy bed. Fridge, microwave. Very spacious.

The air on was blasting out freezing cold air on arrival…why? It made the room too cold and it was uncomfortable. There was no maid service in our 3 night stay, so the room wasn’t cleaned or new soap, shampoo etc offered. When I went to the desk to ask why, I was told that since covid they don’t do that. Fair enough, but I wish we’d been told that when we arrived, as we’d left our wet towels on the floor, thinking we’d get clean ones after a couple of days. When somebody arrives at the reception desk, the young man needs to be told to at least acknowledge them rather than continue to chat on the phone for 5 minutes. A simple “ I’ll be with you as soon as I can” would be appreciated. Training needed.

Location was good, lot of restaurants, stores within walking range

Not related to facility, If you are following google map blindly like me, it will take you at entry road may be fifty feet next to hotel entry road and you will end up driving through a small apartment complex and end just at back of hotel (fenced with no entry) So use small narrow entry road where hotel sign is

The staff were very friendly, breakfast had lots of good options for the whole family. The location was is perfect to visit Quebec City

The pool deck was extremely slippery as were the painted wooden stairs next to the hot tub. While we were in the pool area many children fell, including my own. My child hit his head quite hard on the stairs next to the hot tub. The railing was not sturdy and the water pooled in places causing slippery surfaces.

Breakfast was great, little slow on the refill of food, waffle machine not working. Clean both in and out of the room. Good standerds

Looking for a cart to bring my items to the room, was told to find it myself. Hot tub not working very well, many jets not working, pool is designed for kids only, shallow end too shallow for adults to swim.

Good location that is close to highway and good options for food close by. Bed was very comfortable and water pressure in shower was amazing.

We brought a pet and knew there would be an additional charge. I inquired twice as part of booking to find how much extra. When I checked in, the charge was $50 extra. This is double what other hotels charge and is excessive.

Although a bit outdated in decor, this hotel offers comfortable, clean accommodations at a reasonable cost. The best part of our experience there this time was that the power was out in the entire area when we arrived, making it challenging for both staff and guests at the check-in point. Yet, the staff remained calm, courteous and professional, working their way through a great many registrations manually. Our hostess was particularly calm and friendly, even laughing during the process. After a long day getting there, this attitude was particularly refreshing. Bon travaille!

Just two minor points. We had a huge King Suite, but the lighting seemed inadequate for the space. And the bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

Clean. No carpets which is great for a room that dogs visit. We stayed at a hotel with carpet and it did not smell nice because of the strong cleaners so this was hotel was very fresh. The staff were great too. Would have used pool and hot tub but too tired.

NA ( the area outside seemed to have a lot of trash blown about). Maybe in need of a spring clean up. Perhaps raccoons have been getting in the hotel trash)

Great location. Check in was very easy. Staff was excellent. Room was spotless Quiet room. Breakfast was very good. Dining area for breakfast was very good. Great parking. Clean and attractive building.

Air conditioner unit a bit loud and tricky to set the temperature. Could have a much easier thermostat to operate. Overall did the job just frustrating.

Breakfast was good and included with room. The property worked well as an overnight stay in transit.

It was a bit tricky finding the correct driveway from the freeway exit and then turning left back onto the road. There is currently road construction which contributes to the problem.
