I was cycling and the hotel provided a covered, locked area specifically for my bike. I was very impressed and happy for my bike. Valerie the front desk manager was excellent and very friendly. I had to change rooms and left my iPad charger in my old room. Valerie made sure I had it when I left. Valerie is very conscientious and made sure everything was going well for me. The bed and pillows were so comfortable as well. It was an excellent location as the bike route to downtown along the St. Lawrence was just down the street. There was a good restaurant a couple of minutes of walking away.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Had asked to be on an upper level, which they fulfilled. Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Modern bathroom. Really appreciated having a Nespresso coffee machine with pods ect... in the room!

There is a lot of construction in the area which made it noisy, luckily as we were there during a holiday weekend, the noise was bothersome on the morning we left. However, that being said, this does not reflect on the Hotel, which was lovely and a good value.

The front desk staff were wonderful - friendly, polite, very helpful! Breakfast was absolutely delicious! The free bus pass was great, and that the bus stop was right outside the hotel.

A few things: a microwave in the room would've been nice; the bathtub should have a non-slip surface and/or grab bars - it felt a bit unsafe; I found it odd that the bottom sheet on the bed was not a fitted sheet, but a flat sheet tucked under the mattress - it definitely came undone during the night!

Positives: - VERY well located: as a train traveller a short 5 min walk away from the Sainte-Foy train station and a 25 min straight bus ride to old Quebec. - EXTREMELY helpful and courteous staff: was able to leave them my luggage for a few hours free of charge, no questions asked, absolutely 0 wait time, no matter the hour or time of day, always polite and friendly, no matter the employee. - Bed and pillows are super comfy, but bedding choice is a bit weird, but that's more subjective.

Negatives: - Room layout makes it feel a bit more cramped than it should be - Room lighting is a lacking (many lights, but none powerful enough to fully light the room) - Hallway resonate (you can hear doors closing, ppl passing, etc.)

Hotel is very well located, nice comfy beds, staff is polite and accommodating.

The disappointment is the Galopin restaurant, while the food is exceptional and the staff was always really friendly and helpful. They don't have a reserved area for hotel guests, which makes really difficult to find a table to have breakfast or dinner.. there was always plenty of space available at the bar or in other spots, but they were denying hotel guests say that were fully booked. The room could have better lighting and charging spots.

The room facilities are well maintained and super clean, I can smell the natural fragrance as soon as I enter the door， Bed is comfy as well .Staff in front desk are super approachable and helpful in English .

The tap water doesn't have cold water, The water comes in either side of the switch are very hot . Wifi connection is very poor

On-site staff, for the most part, were appropriate and kind. As per the condition of the property was outstanding and well-kept by the team. Acceptability for restaurants and Old City, Quebec, was close.

Unfortunately, I recommend that each floor the guest occupies carry a microwave and acceptability of ice. Also, extra staff on site for guests who required assistance with any item or help with equipment within the room or needed something to be bought to the room for a room rather than asking the guests to leave the room to go to the opposite side of the compound to get something that can be served to the guests instead, especially in cold weather, no one wants to leave their room.

It will as clean and neat.

We were greeted by a grumpy staff (lady)on the 1st day.we were a bit tired from the journey and dint feel welcomed. Besides her the other staff were nice and pleasant to talk to. It will be nice to keep this in mind as it makes a lot of difference .

Very European style room. The options of food and juice was an added bonus since I was too late from the airport to utilize the attached beautiful restaurant. Awesome shower and great bed !! Attached beautiful restaurant 10/10 for breakfast !!!

The outside doors don't appear to be secure. No card needed to enter facility. Hard to navigate from the airport with detours and google maps when unfamiliar with this city. Took me more than an hour to find.

I was glad that I could stay with my kitten and family. Overall, I am satisfied.　The room feels clean.

However, the facility was a little small for a family of three. It would have been nice if there was a mirror in the bathroom.
