Front staff lovely, breakfast the best continental I’ve had and staff great, the kids part of the pool was awesome and having a hot tub available was great

As soon as you walked into the pool area, you can smell something off. Pool and hot tub both look and smell like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. Piles of wet hair and several bandaids were around the pool the afternoon we arrived and the next morning. It’s too bad because we were so looking forward to the cool kids part of the pool but were so turned off by the smell and uncleanliness of the pool area.

The breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean

We were extremely upset that we were not given a rubber mat for the shower. My daughter fell, hurt her neck and has a hug bruise on her buttocks. She also had a severe headache. It was an adamant no with regards to the mat. We asked for a refund for the third day of our stay because we would not be there. Then we got a note saying that they would not fully refund me. My son-in-law is extremely upset and is thinking of suing. We lost one day of our vacation because of negligence. We deserve our money back and then some. I do not usually complain but this time it is warranted.

The staff at the front counter were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very good and much appreciated. Location just off the Trans Canada highway is very convenient.

1. The deadbolt lock in for my room door (Room 304) would not close - the bolt is misaligned and will not fit in the hole in the door jam. 2. There was a booger stuck on wall on the left side of the bed left from a previous guest. Kinda gross. 3. The TV remote would not turn the TV on or off. After turning the TV on using the button on the side of the TV, the remote will change channels and volume.

We like the place we like the location of it and the breakfast is pretty good also. We go there every year on our way to Nova Scotia back.

But as of now we will not be staying at this hotel anymore. I cannot believe that they charged $50 for our little 8 pound Morkie dog who does not bark and is a very good behaved dog. I understand about charging something for a pet but not $50. Take into consideration what the animal is, that is ridiculous. Also, Booking.com needs to put that in there ad for the motels that they charge $50 for a dog before we book, don’t tell me after I’ve already booked and I can’t cancel it that I have to pay $50 for this dog. So as of now, we will not be staying there anymore.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and plan on coming back. Room is exceptionally clean, quiet, and well equipped. The pool is fantastic however, the hot-tub needs attention. Breakfast is our favourite, great variety of food and I love the coffee and orange juice!

The hot-tub was grey, really needs attention. This is the second time we've noticed that it doesn't seem clean, the pool is great, but you really need to focus on that.

The motel is advertised as pet-friendly. AT NO POINT when booking, checking in OR CHECKING OUT, was there any indication of an extra cost for a pet. However, after leaving the motel, we noticed a separate, extra credit card charge of $50 (WHICH WE HAD NOT AUTHORIZED) for our little dog. It seems 'sneaky'/ underhanded, as well as excessive ... almost a 55% charge over the original cost for a room for 3 humans! Had we known, we might have changed plans or looked for a different motel. We were going to use this motel in about a week on the return journey, but will now look for a different motel. We have often stayed at this motel over the years & been very happy with it up till now.

Good room, comfortable if firm bed Good breakfast but shared experience with coach loads of well mannered school children. Thankfully we didn't want waffles & maple syrup, the childrens' favourite as they had long queues for them. Fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, yoghurts, cakes & fresh fruit on offer as well as fruit juices, coffee & tea.

Extremely good value for money. Pleasant, efficient staff...appreciated the fact that the reception staff spoke very good English--a definite plus for me and my "Frenglish"! Various restaurants nearby. Pleasant biking/hiking trails along nearby river. Large clean room. Good breakfast.

Beds were very firm...which might be a plus for other travellers. A bridge to Quebec was closed--apparently has been most of summer--which led to serious traffic backups coming into Levis from both directions on the 20.

Close to the hwy, clean, breakfast included (standard eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, juice, tea, coffee etc). Friendly and helpful staff when we checked in , knew all the answers to the questions, before we even asked them. Pool was open and clean.

Only 1 elevator. Wasn’t too long of a wait at most times and not terribly inconvenient, but if there were 2 it would have been quicker at the busier times.

I recently stayed at a hotel where my experience was quite pleasant overall. The beds were incredibly comfy, providing a restful night’s sleep after long days of travel. Each morning, I enjoyed a good breakfast that offered a variety of options to start the day right. Although the gym was tiny, it had the essentials, and I made good use of the treadmill during my stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and amenities.
