Overall, I had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming staff and friendly atmosphere made a great impression. I was immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk, who assisted my spouse and me with check-in. She was incredibly helpful and provided detailed information about the hotel’s amenities. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of both the hotel and my room. I stayed in the superior king bedroom with a kitchenette, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless from top to bottom, which added to my comfort and satisfaction. One detail I especially appreciated was the personalized greeting on the TV, displaying my name. It was a thoughtful touch that made me feel valued as a guest.

The only aspect I was not pleased with was the restaurant “Normandin,” which is part of the franchise but separate from the hotel. While the waitress provided good service, the food itself was disappointing. I just wish it had more flavor and overall quality.

The ambiance was calm and serene, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind after a long day. The hot tub was spacious, with the perfect water temperature to melt away stress. Another plus was the convenient location. The hotel offers easy access to the highway, making it a great spot for both leisure and business travelers. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from downtown Quebec City. For breakfast, you have two choices: they offered a continental option for around $12 per person ,or a 20% discount coupon for a restaurant across the street, allowing us to choose a more substantial meal if we preferred. While the continental breakfast felt a bit limited compared to what we expected, this detail didn’t detract from our overall positive experience. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Normandin Levis for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

As for breakfast, it would have been amazing if they had a complete breakfast option instead of just a continental one. However, this isn’t a complaint, as we enjoyed the restaurant across the street from the hotel, which offered a 20% discount with our stay.

The hotel is new and very comfort, the coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day was great. A nearby park is as well very nice and worth visiting.

We didn't pay attention that unlike our other bookings the tax was not included and the final price was much higher. I think it should be either originally included or somehow specially marked. As it is now it looks like a hidden add to the price. And it is much more far from Quebec then the impression we got from the description.

We booked this hotel as a quick stop on our drive from Toronto to New Brunswick and we were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and quiet, the outdoor spa looked great and the rooms were clean and modern with USB plugs everywhere! To top it off, we were surprised that they had FREE EV charging which was very helpful for our PHEV vehicle. Definitely recommend this hotel!

What a lovely hotel, the rooms were so nice! I love that the restaurant was so close and it felt like good value your money, which most hotel restaurants don't.

I can't really think of a negative, maybe to be extremely nitpicky, the knobs for the faucets and shower were pretty sensitive. It didn't take much to switch from cold water to super hot water? There could've been a wider range for warm water?

I loved the modern design of the hotel and the rooms. The rooms are large and comfortable. Despite the size and layout of the hotel, navigating through the areas was made easy with the with strategically located signage. In addition, we had only booked one night online, but realized we needed to stay an additional night. The staff was more than accommodating in arranging the second night, finding us the room for the next night, while the hotel was near full capacity. They did a great job!

Only one thing - we get use to double pillows in hotels, however, only one pillow each for my husband and I. I would say, I really missed not having the second pillow each.

The mattresses were so comfortable, the bathroom large, the pool and fitness center were beautiful. Staff was great and kindly stored my ice pack in their freezer for my medication. The mattresses were amazing, we all slept well.

Additional charge for breakfast at $10 seems ridiculous foe what was offered

I liked everything. Clean and comfortable. I liked the outdoor spaces...lots of grass, fire pit and nice outdoor pool.

There were a few long hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived, which we didn't like.

The room and specially the shower. The cleaning of the room and hotel and the helping and smiling staff. Nice hotel.

No many choices of type of food. E.g. no pankcakes, different type of eggs, etc A little problem with Booking.com which the staff was not able to resolve at my entrance. The issue was resolve later but I was not told until I checked out.

Easy to access off TransCanada. Lots of restaurants walking distance. Less than 5 min to get back on highway.

Ed was about to firm. Only 2 flat pillows. No freezer comp in mini fridge.
