The hotel is attractively furnished, very quiet despite being on a major road, with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in a large "rain shower" shower, ample amenities, and helpful staff. It is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was ample and offered a variety of hot and cold selections. Hours of service were generous (6:30-10:30). Overall we were very pleased with the quality and comfort of the rooms.

Could have used a shower cap in that rain shower! There are numerous restaurants nearby but the hotel is in an area best described as urban sprawl so for any local attractions or ambience one needs to drive downtown

Everything was very comfortable and high quality. Towels and robes thick and soft, rooms very clean, beds comfortable with plenty of pillows and good lighting. The onsite restaurant was spectacular, and the included breakfast buffet was high quality. The spa was small but all well-appointed and clean. I thought it was priced appropriately for what it offered. Friendly staff.

The relaxation room at the spa was nice, but I was expecting there to be some lounge chairs around the pool and there aren't any at all. There wasn't really anywhere to "hang out" if you weren't doing the thermal experience.

We wanted to make the most of our long weekend, by have recently acquired a rescue husky who, while great, has some separation anxiety as a result of a pretty rough start. We had never been to the eastern townships before, but has always heard what a nice road trip it was, so fairly last-minute, we looked for a place in the area where we could bring Frankie. I hadn’t heard of OTL, but the reviews were good and the facilities looked lovely. We drove the 7 hours there making small stops along the way, so we were pretty tired when we got there. Check-in was seamless, the concierge was helpful and friendly. The facility was clean, bright and modern. Room was clean and well-appointed. The television was new so we were able to cast from our streaming apps easily. There was a tablet in the room with hotel info, menus, etc. which was nice. Bathroom was clean and modern with large shower with rainfall shower head. Towels were extra thick and large. The room had robes, slippers, sleep masks supplied for each of us. The room was quiet as well. There was an ice machine, microwave and laundry room at the end of the hall. We didn’t try it out, but there was also a pour-your-own-wine machine close to the lobby that you could activate with your room card, which I had not seen before. There are also spa, pool, jacuzzis there but we didn’t get a chance to use them. Breakfast was also included, so we thought it might be a continental fruit/muffin situation, but it was actually a full breakfast buffet: waffles, bagels, toast, cheese, sausage, fruit, bacon, Starbucks coffee, juice, cereal, made-to-order omelette station; so we were able to enjoy both mornings out of the terrace with our pup, which was nice. While maybe not as charming a locale as some of the nearby bnbs, the location is definitely convenient: very close to many restaurants, gas station, shopping, so made a great home base for our excursions. Thank you OTL for a really great stay.

There are definitely nicer, more quaint/scenic locations since OTL is located more centrally within a business area in Sherbrooke, but it made it convenient and you still had a view.

Very nice hotel, beautiful lobby, excellent and helpful staff, good breakfast (fresh fruit, yogurt, omelets-to-order, etc.). Room itself was above average, nicely decorated, good and simple-to-use television set. Compliments to front-desk staff for assistance printing some items (hotel business center computers weren't printing).

Need to do a better job vacuuming the hallways and room. Shower, while attractive and modern, is confusing to use (not that practical). Breakfast was impressive, but the custom-made omelet system doesn't work when the breakfast area is very crowded (should have someone taking orders and then alert you when ready).

The room was spacious, quiet (for the most part - occasionally one could hear other guests) and clean. The breakfast did not have a really huge choice, but it made them up quite well with their onsite chefs who made excellent omelets. They had an excellently equipped gym, which I made use of occasionally. It was great that it was open at all hours.

You could hear the air-conditioner stopping and starting up even during the middle of the night. It was only a slight disturbance though. Would like to add that as a suggestion, ditch the small disposable toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.) and use larger bottles that could be refilled. It could be useful to have the pool open earlier, as it became very crowded with all the people there. (I like to swim laps)

Exceptional hotel, everything and I mean everything is well thought out. From the super comfy bed, superb shower, lots of charging ports even charge cables, excellent Nespresso coffee in the room, delicious breakfast buffet and they will make your choice of eggs on the spot, croisants, Starbucks coffee, ustensiles that don’t slide off the edge of your plate, The quality napkins, super friendly staff, wine dispenser & vending machines at the front desk. It’s the details that make the difference. So much more to say but I’m running out of space here. Top class hotel, you won’t regret your stay.

Absolutely nothing !

The breakfast and omelette bar are great. The room is nice but it is question bit small, especially the bathroom, considering we were on the 5th floor which is reserve for the premium experience which includes access to the thermal experience at the attached PAUS spa.

I just didn't like that the washroom in the room was quite small. I wish it included a shower and bath tub. I also wish the room had more walking space, or that they had a suite room that was available.

We found the furniture, the towels, etc to be of high quality. Nice walk-in shower in our room. The whole entryway appears airy and clean. Lovely pool - water a nice temperature - and two hot tubs. Excellent breakfast choices, and the option to eat out on the pleasant covered patio. Also excellent restaurant on site (though closed Mondays).

Currently (7/24) the road works along King Street (due to continue till mid- 2025) can make the hotel a little difficult to actually get to, though their entrance and exit are clear. There was nothing about the property itself that we didn’t like.

Breakfast was great and part of a good price for the room and hotel location.

The staff that greeted us was not as friendly or helpful as the staff we have encountered during other stays at the same location. Even though the hotel was not super busy or booked we were assigned a room on a lower floor facing the parking lot as a view. That was not the case during previous stays during busier days. The restaurant Boefish was not open during our stay. We were disappointed about that as we have enjoyed it tremendously during other stays.
