Room is clean. Though not a big room there is space to move around. I was a single traveller. Fridge is good. Bed comfy. Pillows good. Location is very good for me as I was meeting people in that Lennoxville area and Bishop’s University. The place to hang clothes has a good number of hangars. There were 2 comfy chairs to sit in which is great to have if there are 2 people travelling. I got money for value. I walk a lot. 15 minute walk to Bishop’s.

Could have been a small chest of drawers in the room for socks and t shirts etc. I was there five days. Also bathroom could have had a little hook on back of door to hang bath towel.

Effective AC and comfy bed. Room was equipped with both microwave and fridge. The staff was really helpful. We traveled by bike, so enjoyed the easy access to Route Verte, which started right behind the motel. The Bishop University campus is also a short walk away.

Limited restaurant and recreational options around the motel, so if traveling without a car/bike, getting to downtown Sherbrooke can be time-consuming and costly.

It was near a very good Greek-owned pizzeria where we enjoyed a delicious dinner.

The neighbouring guests were driving two motorcycles that they parked outside under our window late evening 10:30-11:00 and one started up at 6:50 AM. The noise interrupted our sleep. Too bad there isn’t an area away from the motel windows for motorcycles.

No breakfast served. Surprised. It looked like there was a dining room. But we found a place at the next light in Lennoxville. The coffee maker worked! We were comfortable enough. Fridge for the wine. Dream your dreams!

Only towel rack was IN the shower. No working outlet in the bathroom, so moved a bed to plug in the hair dryer. Mere details and not bad for an institution with 40+ rooms to keep track of.

It was convenient to where I needed to be.

Bathroom needs hooks to hang clothes and towels on. There was one towel rod at the end of the tub but in the tub area so it was a wet spot. No other hooks or rods anywhere. Outlets were few and some were not accessible. A couple USB ports - even one that plugged in to an outlet but would give you 2 USB ports - would be very helpful.

The rooms were clean and pretty big. There was everything in the room - couch, TV, fridge, microwave, desk, chair.

The shower area is very small. I am 5'5" and I found it small. It's hard to imagine how someone 6' and above can take a shower.

I always love coming to this motel. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff is always pleasant.

The pillows were kind of lumpy so not the most comfortable (but the bed made up for that!) The coffee provided in the room was also not particularly enjoyable.

Rooms were small but clean. Beds were comfortable. Parking right outside your door. Towels changed every day, but not necessary. No carpets, clean floors.

No table in the room. Lights were not bright enough to read a book. One main light socket was very loose & I couldn't plug into one of the outlets.

The wonderful lady who checked me in was very kind. My late check-in was accomodated. The room was very cozy, comfortable and clean. My stay was late season so pool was closed. Parking close to the room. Close to Bishops University and all amenities. Would stay again.

Patron was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well stocked.

Updates to electricity would improve the property. There are no USB ports built in. Remember to bring your USB adapters.
