The location is great, so pretty in front of Lac des Nations and great walking path. The reception staff was very nice and check-in was fast. The room is spacious, we had a corner room so we had 2 big windows. Good lighting, comfy bed, i lounge chair and one built-in desk with office chair, a mini fridge and small armoire to hang clothes and ironing board and iron inside. The washroom was big with a nice bath/shower combo, make-up mirror, hair dryer and all soap is dispenser style. Corridors are bright and pretty and straight with rooms on both sides. Lobby is attractive and far wall is all glass to enable you to see the grounds and Lac des Nations. The self-serve breakfast area is very clean, but hot scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages would to an added plus. It is basically toast (many varieties), cereals, hard boiled eggs (cold) at least keep them warm, fruit, jam, juice and coffee. Could easily be improved.

Great location, close to restaurants, cafes sights. Room was spacious. Pool was great.

Surprising that there was no service to freshen the room. First time that we have encountered this in a hotel. It was possible to have the room cleaned if requested the day before. We did this. We left the room at 9.30 am and returned at 2 pm and the maid showed up at 3 pm...... 2 elevators but only one in service for the 3 days that we were there.

The Times Sherbrooke is comfortable and functional. The room was spacious but pretty standard for this type of corporate, somewhat anonymous lodging. I found the front desk staff especially outstanding and friendly, so in all I can say I was satisfied by my stay. The hotel is a bit expensive if you compare it to similar places in bigger markets, but I suppose Sherbrooke has somewhat limited choices and that drives prices up.

The bend in the river..called a "Lac Des Nations" is beautiful. The Fountain and Bonus fireworks for the birthday . Fabulous.. Rooms are spacious and comfy. I am aware that outside air is a big ask with a centralized system. However I have seen it done.

A little crowded early as only one elevator seemed to be responding

Location, everything was fast at check-in, you can exit and walk around the lake. It was clean and the stuff was really kind and clear.

We did not that we had to pay the parking by night. The others hotels in Sherbroke dont charge the parking.

Location is nice with beautiful gardens and trails along the river

The air conditioner is not in a good location - blows right down on the bed and continuous fan doesn’t work properly so that one still hears it kick in and out all night.

Room, location, staff

Our first night some guests in adjacent rooms were very loud and partying in the hallway. We spoke to the front desk who had limited success in quieting them. They checked out the next morning and everything after that was wonderful.

Room really exceeded our expectations. It was quite large with a completely separate bedroom and a small kitchenette, perfect to stay in and have guests over. The view was magnificent and you can't beat the location.

It definitely could use a few more lights as it got quite dark in the evening.

Comfortable room but much noise heard from the hall.

Maybe the doors could be better sealed to avoid noise from the hallway. View on the east side was atrocious with the roof of the canopy of the entrance. More than anything, one would expect the breakfast on Sunday morning to last until later than 10:00.. going for a morning jog at nine around the lake and told that there is no more breakfast after 10:00 on a weekend was very surprising, Very expensive for a small town like Sherbrooke: not the value expected for over $ 200 per night which is a big-city price... Would seriously reconsider staying there .

Superb Vista of a lake and grounds around Great breakfast. Charming front desk Underground parking is a big plus in winter Walking distance to superb restaurants

There was nothing to dislike It's rare to stay at a hotel that is exactly as advertised
