More or less walkable location near restaurants and a smaller strip mall. Still nicer to take a bus or car to go to downtown.

Not exactly the hotel's rule or mistake only: We didn't know that in Sherbrooke the Sundays have more places closed. The hotel bar and some smaller places in the city were closed on Sunday. There are still many cafes and restaurants to go to, just not let's say a last glass of wine at the hotel bar for example.

Didn’t eat breakfast there. Met up with family @ a restaurant.

There isn’t a thing we didn’t like, except for having no power on Friday night due to the storm & had to walk up 8 flights of stairs to our room. We understand that things like this do happen & are not in your control.

Easy access to all restaurants and rooms were quiet from all roads

Parking spots in front of the hotel was not that good because the parking lines are too small, it will always have a chance for your car to get scratched because each car is too close to the other cars

Central location, newly renovated and extremely friendly staff. Marko went out of his way to resolve an issue to our complete satisfaction.

At the reception during check out they tried to charge us for supper we didnt take. After discussion with receptionist, issue was solved.

I didin't have time for breakfast as it closed early (in my opinion, 10.30 is early for closing breakfast)

Parking... Some clients parked as if they were the only guests, causing many spots unusable

Super experience. Very nice staff! Great location, very near to Strome Spa, and easy to go to downtown. Super comfortable bed. Quiet and convenient place.

There was a reasonable restaurant nearby.

Our key was not activated and we had to return to the desk when at check-in time. This was frustrating. The grounds were not well kept.

There were a lot of kids staying because of a tournament and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with screaming kids and parents not stopping them

I didnt have any food at the hotel. It wasnt part of the accomodations.

Parking was a little challenging but manageable
