They let us keep our bikes in the room and gave us a ground floor unit. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. Big fridge in the room and coffee in the lobby.

While check-in was friendly, staff seem fairly disinterested beyond that. My wife asked for a bowl and they couldn't provide one because the restaurant is independent. Location is 6 km away from downtown on a highway, so not very walkable at all.

Extremely friendly and professional staff! Lots of free parking and located in a quiet area. The pool and jacuzzi are nice!

One lampe in the room did not work. Ice machine on third floor not functional. Corridors smell musty and are not well aerated (smells like old buildings and stale smoke), though the rooms themselves are fine.

The breakfast was excellent and the wait staff were very professional and courteous.

We would have liked a bar on the premises as we had a total of 9 family members staying there (5 total rooms) and would have enjoyed a place for all of us to spend time together within the hotel.

The staff cleaned the room well. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The service staff in the dining area was responsive and was available for assistance.

I would have liked another drawer for my clothes.

Front desk customer service is beyond the best service I have ever experienced, the waitress staff at the restaurant deserve a award for the services they provide. This establishment deserves more than 5 stars on any recommendations.

That one night isn't enough

Staff was super helpful. The cleaner actually ran down to get us a key from the top floor. I had no idea she was going all the way there but met her halfway and realized she did run all the way to the lobby to tell them to open the door. Will certainly be back.

Although clean and well maintained, i believe they can benefit from some renovation work such as the carpeted rooms. Overall the price quality ratio is still very good.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's in a convenient location, and parking was easy. I didn't visit but the pool looked like it was really fun.

Even though the hotel is super clean and a great value, it's decor is definitely dated. That said, I'd absolutely stay again if I'm passing through the area

Very nice. Clean room, but hot tube was broken. We booked at this location because we wanted a place with an indoor hot tub to relax after our long drive. It was a bit of an disappointment

i like that it was nicer than comfort inn but the same price and better location.

i thought some things were slightly old. quick fix for a much better impression: rusty metal trimmings in bathroom, loose/dragging metal door stopper.
