The property was fine and the suite my Auntie had was amazing for a large group gathering. The other people in my group had absolutely beautiful rooms at a really reasonable price. I love the hours at the pool and the adult time from 9pm until 12 PM. Moore hotels should do this! That was much appreciated!

Our price was outrageous booking through this app. I booked it long before some of the people in our group and they all paid at least $50 less than me and had newly renovated rooms. Even the huge two-room suite with two couches, counters, larger fridge, two sinks, balcony & king size bed was still $50 less than my old Queen room with no balcony! I definitely would not use this app to book at this location. They all booked directly through the hotel and got a MUCH better deal.

I’ve been here six years ago and coming back is an absolute experience once more. I love their outside heated pool which is an ideal place to relax while enjoying the freezing winter cold. They have ample amount of towels ready for you when needed. The room is spacious enough for a group of 4. Ours has balcony that overlooks the park. The staff are only friendly and accommodating (except for the lady in the pool area cafe which seems to be snobbish when I asked for the price of bottle water, I hope she was just tired for the day).

The room doesn’t have microwave BUT they will provide you when asked. The check-in time is a bit late @ 4PM BUT they will accommodate you earlier once room is available. The only thing that puts me off is that one of the bed’s duvet has coffee stain on it. Will that mean that they missed changing this as it is sandwiched between to sheets? I call the reception and they immediately provide a replacement though

The entrance area was inviting, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was unique and really relaxing!

Areas of the property could use an update. It was clean and safe and comfortable, but outdated. It would be nice if the staff would communicate about policies for the pool in advance. We were asked to leave the pool deck several times for breaks and weather, which is understandable, but we would have planned our time differently if we’d known we couldn’t stay out for a while.

Location was fantastic, easy access to downtown shopping. Food in the restaurant was very tasty.

The bathroom did not have safety bar for my senior mother. The massage therapist smelled so bad of cigarette smoke when I went in for my session I almost puked. Also, if I am paying top price for a session, listening to kids screaming on the other side of the door was disruptive. You need bigger signs that tell people to be quiet in the area going to the pool, or have people going to the pool go through another entrance.

The pool continues to be a wonderful place to relax. The Harwood restaurant is still an excellent place to eat. We also enjoyed the new lounge "The Gathering" where you could get a drink and a light bite. The spa services looked inviting but a reminder that they are booked well ahead.

It was disappointing to see some areas of the pool locker room and washrooms being very run-down. Rooms are starting to seem a bit tired with aging furniture and soft mattresses, not so fluffy towels etc.I understand that the hotel is under new management and that they are doing the needed upgrades. This will take time of course but hopefully make the hotel a really "special" place to stay again.

The rooms are quiet and clean. If you get the king is,e room without a balcony, they are huge! And the chairs are awesome. The spa pool is so nice and relaxing.

The pool was closed Wednesday morning when there was going to be a class for maintenance but I think that couldn't be helped. I would have liked to be in the class though.

We had a room where the remote for the tv didn’t work and the blinds did not close. The restaurant was just okay. The server was excellent. The casino stole my money…

Loved the spa tub in the room. Extremely relaxing. I didn't realize that you could book the room with a tub. You need to advertise better. Thank you for a relaxing couple of days. Also need to send a wonderful thank-you to the people at the front desk. So kind and helpful plus patient with some questions. Thank you again.

Loved everything about the property, great location, great accommodations and facilities. Always a great stay staff is always friendly and the location can’t be beat. We will be back again and again.

Could use a microwave in the rooms but definitely not an issue

Liked the pool, we had great support & breakfast. Staff were pleasant , they were enjoying their work The tub in rm 577 was brand new.., bed felt great Room was clean

I thought the room in general looked old, and a bit shabby, it needs a face-lift I opened up the robe - someone's long hair stuck on it...😔
