Very clean, nicely appointed, modern style building, low stress parking, nice people. Good breakfast. Beds comfortable. Easy to get anywhere in the city and nice for university -hospital destination stays. Aside from minor issues listed separately a nice, good value stay. Would come again.

Minor things: no one did our room after our first night and we all swam, then showered so ended up realllly low on towels second morning. Someone set off the fire alarm quite late one night. I imagine that is rare though. Elevators slow or disorganized, so a lot of elevator waiting. Room: “suite” has very short ponywall then sofa bed. Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. The microwave -fridge area is basically a blank hall could have had some more coat -bag hooks or shelves or something. Pool location means walking across the edge of the lobby to the elevators, so there’s a constant puddle track into elevator, make sure to bring flip flops and a coverup. Hot tub closed when there, pool looks smaller than pictured but fine, 4 foot deep.

The room was large, modern, pristine, and very quiet - hardly heard anyone coming and going from their rooms. I was surprised by the variety, locations, and quantity of outlets dedicated to charging personal electronics.

WiFi was adequate, but not great. This was a strange contrast, a contradiction to what a person would reasonably assume, considering the number of modern charging outlets. The same can be said for the television system: it's somewhat archaic to explore the hotel's television channel subscription on a printed card, then punch the numbers in on the remote. But these oddities wouldn't deter returning to this hotel.

The breakfast was great

Didn't get any notice that the hot tub was broken, TV was acting up the entire time, did call down and was told 'it was probably just the channel' even though I took a picture of what the screen was showing and once I see it happening on other channels I just figured they'd not help since they didn't even look at the cables in the TV. Also kinda sucks there isn't a restaurant attached or take out menus on places close by.

I was in Saskatoon for a work trip at the Canadian Light Source and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was the perfect hotel for my needs. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I never had problems with parking even if I was there during a sports weekend.

The only part that was not ideal was that all the plates and cutlery at breakfast were disposable. This seemed entirely unnecessary and resulted in a lot of waste.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, well-run, charmingly modern and for someone with a disability, perfectly accessible. In particular the accessible bathroom in the room was so safe, and thoughtfully designed. Very impressive.

We chose the hotel in part based on positive reviews of the accompanying breakfast. Unfortunately it was what has widely become hotel fodder, rubbery eggs, over-sweet baked stuff in wrappers, sugary yogurt and watery unpleasant coffee. The hotel itself is so beautiful, clean. modern, and well-run, we had hoped for something a little better. Local baking? Decent coffee? Especially when self-serve espresso machines are so affordable? A really great muffin and a well-made cup of java would have utterly sufficed.

It is very clean and the toiletries are from Dove so they are gentle on skin and hair. Also, we forgot to bring toothpaste and shaving cream and it was so easy to request from them.

We loved the location, our son was having surgery at the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital and it was only minutes away which was fantastic! The free shuttle to the hospital and back was also an added bonus. It was so helpful for my husband and I to go to the hospital and back without having to find parking each time. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are needing the RUH or Children's Hospital. The staff were so friendly and super helpful, the room was huge and so clean! The breakfast was great as well. All around an amazing stay!!

Very clean, room was spacious, the breakfast had a great selection, and the staff (especially breakfast attendants) were so friendly.

The elevators were quite slow, 2 elevators is not enough for the amount of people coming and going from the hotel.

perfect hotel for a stay in the city- close to the university and broadway shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

The disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. Feels wasteful and lowers the experience of a hotel hot breakfast.

Breakfast was superb! Lots of choices from hot foods to cereals and the coffee station was great too! The location was close to the shops and very accessible by car. Complimentary parking was very appreciated! It was covered and secured.
