Initially hesitant to book when I saw the Booking.com rating was only 7. This doesn’t accurately reflect the venue! Newly renovated rooms are clean, bright and modern. Beds comfortable and bathroom have the necessary amenities. We initially had an issue with our room that the staff immediately rectified.

Nothing - and we are fussy.

Wished they had more blankets in the room Heat wasn’t working properly. I turned it up and still didn’t get warmer.

The bed was sooooo comfy, ended up sleeping for 10 hours...........

Would be nice if the parking fee would be listed on line when booking.. Another 15.00 was added to our stay....

Location is excellent if you stay with kids, you can just walk to WonderHub, Kinsmen Park, riverbank or downtown for ice cream. Restaurant is located inside the hotel, meals are delicious! Breakfast has so many options that I has been lost. Swimming pool added much more fun to our stay, and it is available from 8am! For early birds like my daughter it was fantastic.

The hotel's price policy is not aligned with information provided by Booking.com. I mean price for cot, Booking.com says it is for free, but actually it is 10cad+taxes, but crib and playpen are for free. And there was some dust on a windowsill.

they have some problem with power settings in the west wing we faced lots of power shut off and it was disturbing and two items were lost in our room !!

Room was very comfortable and quiet. Restaurant was lovely!

Upon checking in, the front desk girl informed us that we did not have to worry about paying for our parking in the parkade. Unfortunately, ourselves & a few other vehicles, had $60 parking violations on our windshields the next morning. However, the morning front desk staff graciously dealt with the issue so that we were not liable for the charges.

I liked the room which overlooked the river. Parking was easy to access. Restaurant was handy to use after travelling a day.

Bathroom was very small.

We arrived late and the Park Town upgraded our room to river side on the 5th floor. Beautiful room and view. More than expected.

Good parking. Staff very polite and accommodating. Close to good parks.

Restaurant staff in the evening were exceptional. Breakfast staff need to do better. There were no water refills. Waitress seemed to keep disappearing. Patrons were waiting at their tables for a long time for their bill just to be told to go to the till. No local Channels on the TV.
