The staff, the cleanliness, the rooms, the services available

I had a 5am flight and the lights went out the night of (needed to wake up at 3am) but i know its not the staffs fault and they fixed it within 1/2 hour

it was very clean and the room was awesome. The location was awesome because it was so close to the hospital since we went there for an appointment.

Only the not having a bathroom in the room but it was surprisingly not as bad as I thought. The bathrooms are very clean and there is one around every corner.

Pleasant comfortable room. Friendly helpful staff.

Continental breakfast was not available, but a nice shared kitchen with lots of fridge space.

Noise condition between the rooms

I prepared my own food. And the location is Nice

Personal bathroom and toilet.

They were very welcoming and pleasant. Very accommodating with my mobility challenged Mom.

would have liked a or shower in room..was unaware of one in hallway..I guess our nice hostess thought we knew about it. oh well, it was a good place to sleep. I was there so I could be close to the hospital next day, so that was a good location.

The bed, bathroom, and shower were clean, it was quiet

The parking was a bad place, just for when the day is busy would be tough to get out

The location is convenient. And it's near to the university. I got so lucky I found a friend here.

It's not quiet coz it's near to the street.
