Check in fast, lots of included parking front and back, Denny’s and Chop House connected to hotel. King room with 1 bedroom, almost full kitchen (no oven), everything in kitchen, need to bring own spices/oils. Full sized fridge with freezer compartment. Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Big bathroom connected to kitchen and bedroom, 2 closets, 2 AC/Heater units that blow hard even on low. Two tvs, included wifi. Ample lights. Great access to down town via Lorne, close to Idylwlyd and other shopping. Overall, good stay!

King suite worked very well both as accommodations and as a temporary remote work space for a single person. Surprisingly luxurious for the price. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was mostly well equipped. WIFI was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby were greatly appreciated.

Location is convenient when driving but not the most attractive. The heating/cooling units in the suite were rather noisy, but this may have been a mixed blessing as the white noise likely masked noise coming from outside the room. It would have been nice if the kitchen included some dish-washing soap for small clean-ups rather than just a single cleaning pod for the dishwasher. The desk chair could have been a little more ergonomic.

Convenient location! The fact they have a Chop restaurant is perfect. We needed that after 8.5 hrs of driving.

Overall not much to critique- my only beef (pun intended) was that if someone can point out to Chop staff that the bamboo cutlery doesn’t exactly make for great cutting into ribeye. Then again that’s probably why they gave us half a dozen extra cutlery. (Might be a slight irony in the area of environmental waste there).

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Shower was warm and nice. Nice to have 2 sinks in the bathroom. Also used the fridge.

Signage was lacking. Noticed other guests looking for things as well. There was an ice bucket but couldn't find the ice machine. No signage in the lobby to point towards Dennys or the pool? We just asked other guests. The hot tub wasn't very warm and the chlorine was stingy on our eyes.

Found the king suite to be a very good place to both stay and work remotely in. Kitchen was convenient. Free coffee in the lobby was appreciated. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The WIFI was solid.

Parking can be a bit tight on some days. The location is convenient but not the most attractive (near highways and industry).

We went to Dennis for breakfast and it was really nice to be able to walk inside to the restaurant. LOVE that you have robes in the closet, one of my favorite perks!

The toilet leaked somehow as it would run on and off through the night. There was also no closet, and the little are there was, there were no hangers to hang up our dress clothes. Also nothing to set our suitcase on.

Location was easy to get anywhere. Circle drive is right there. Shower was great. Modern feel. Different firmness of pillows labeled. Great amenities.

Toilet ran every 5 minutes or so. Bed was already VERY worn in and too soft, bowing in the middle.

I wanted to book this same hotel for July 17th & 18th, but because apparently they are very busy, but still had rooms at a cost of over $400 per night ! How is this even legal ? The rooms are already pricy enough for just place to sleep and shower and don't even get breakfast included like lots of hotels near by for less money.

The room was clean and modern, bathroom was beautiful! The bed was very comfortable.

The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine it was burning our eyes. The hot tub was not hot at all. There were about 20 unsupervised screaming children in the pool and hot tub that made that experience not pleasant. The tv in our room was also messed up and the screen wasn’t working well.

The decor is beautiful and in excellent condition. Our room had a well equipped and kitchenette which was very useful to us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the separate shower was very nice. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathrobes were a nice luxury.

The pool is small for the size of the hotel, and the water in both the pool and hot tub was dirty with a scummy ring around the hot tub. It was the end of a busy (sold out) day, so I know why it was dirty.
