It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed my time here at Hampton Inn and will definitely return and refer to friends and family. The front desk staff were attentive, knowledgeable and answered the phone promptly. The breakfast options were good. Overall and great experience. I have been to several other locations in Jamaica and the US and this is by far the best Hilton.

There was no lobby or a nice waiting room outside of the eatery.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms, hallways and common areas were very clean. Location was perfect with many amenities near by for shopping, fuel, restaurants.

I wish my king size bed had king sized pillows. There were 4 standard pillows leaving a large gap in the bed. The bathtub was very creeky while standing in it to shower. I also had a difficult time pulling up the diverter valve in the bathtub faucet to make the shower head turn on. I was also unable to change the time on the alarm clock. The tv had minimal channels and also I could not turn off the audio description that narrates the program you are watching.

As per early note from Booking, we tried to pre-checkin by telephone, but were told we needed to download an app to do that. HOWEVER, the motel did make a note on our file, AND when we arrived early, we checked in and our room was ready!! Everything else was great, including the breakfast which started at 6:00 am. The room was awesome!

Very good simple breakfast. They replenish items promptly. Simple but nice selection and good set-up to help yourself. No pressure on length of stay in the area. Very relaxing.

I know dogs are part of people's family now but not comfortable with animals sharing rooms with humans, nor happy that they end up on the the flights with people. Does not impact my travel but certainly can add a dimension that could easily be a concern for the future.

I loved the location and the room itself was excellent! The room was massive! It was very clean and the bathroom was also very large and clean! The free breakfast was delicious (especially the mini waffles!).

I just wish that there was enough stuff to make waffles until the 10 cutoff for breakfast (everything else was provided in good amounts but after 9:30 the waffle stuff was out). I also think the coffee machines could be upgraded because it was very cheap, outdated and the coffee/tea did not taste very good. For $170/night I would expect the little amenities to be of better quality (upgrade the coffee machines, provide bottled water, upgrade the TV's).

From the time of arrival until we left, the staff and amenities could not have been better. Staff was amazing - everyone working all the time to keep things running smoothly. And nicely decorated for the Christmas Holidays - even though it was close to -35C when we arrived!

We were coming and going all the time and there was always somebody there to help us get a Taxi and help us with any small details.

Beautiful modern hotel. It has comfy beds and pillows and was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with many food choices. The sitting area for the breakfast area is very spacious and relaxing. Coffee and tea are always available. I will stay there again.

As always staff are friendly, rooms are well appointed and laid out. Some rooms I've stayed in feel like they stuffed fridges and microwaves in as a last minute thought and you can't move around the room

I would like to see some updates, forgot my plug in for my phone but had a USB cord for it. Normally you can plug into the light stand also most Hamptons I stay in have lovely huge walk in showers. I stood in an older tub that creaked every time I made a move.

Overall the hotel was clean and king sized bed was great. The staff were friendly as well.

The WiFi was keep disconnecting after 30seconds to a few minutes so we couldn't really use the WiFi at all. We only stayed here for one night, so it wasn't much issue for us.

Room was very spacious. All the staff were warm, friendly, professional -- and accommodating.

It was odd. I upgraded to a handicapped room, which was lovely, but it didn't have a walk-in/wheel-in shower. It had a tub with a shower, which is a bit of a challenge for me.
