We love the size of the 2 bedroom suites, we appreciate the fact that we r allowed to get away with our dogs, the breakfast is excellent and the social evening Sunday to Wednesdays is outstanding!!! I must add I myself love and enjoy seeing the cows across the street. They add a bit of a homey feeling to my stay. I also love the fact that the toilets aren't those low to the ground ones most hotels seem to be installing now. I have hip and back issues and those low ones make it very difficult to get up off of.

I dislike the beds and don't sleep well in them. I find them too high to get on and off them . Plus I don't find the mattress easy to move around on. I really wish there was an option to get a suite with a lower bed and not such a thick mattress. Firmer would be easier to move around on.

The hotel is very well maintained and welcoming. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of foods for every palate. Our suite was very spacious, clean and well layed out and the beds very comfortable.

The washroom needs a grab bar on the wall beside the shower to help getting in and out for people with mobility challenges. There also needs to be a grab bar beside the toilet. Because the bed is rather high, there should be a step to get on the bed, or the bed should be lower, as it presents a challenge for people with mobility problems.

Good location by the U of S and the RUH hospital. The breakfast room is very nice. Food was fresh and the service was excellent. Nice that the gym is open 24/7 and that the pool opens early.

The "business office" is a couple of cubicles and a printer in the middle of the hotel lobby. It was not possible to print from the hotel wireless to the printer, and the printer was out of toner.

Breakfast met and slightly surpassed expectations. Everything was fresh, hot, and ready. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, and despite being adjacent to a multi-lane main street was remarkably quiet. The bed was comfortable, the pullout couch less so, but still serviceable. Location was excellent and easy to get in and out of. Parking was plentiful and easy to get to.

It's hard to complain about anything since the staff was friendly, our room was the only amenity (other than the included breakfast) that we used.

Everything is good, location,the staff and parking. We helped save a stray kitten in there underground parking garage We alerted the staff and within minutes they were outside. They were exceptional in saving that scared kitten.

Gets alil slick and icy parking underground during the snowy months.

The breakfast is good, but regarding the eggs, I think guests should have a choice between fried eggs or eggs and cheese.

The hotel is great, actually exceeded my expectations

Rooms were nice. Pull out couch looked like springs may be done in but didn't use it anyways. Had kitchenette with stove which was convenient. Buffet had alot of options and covered parking was a bonus

Eggs at breakfast could have been better

The breakfast was top knotch probably the best I've had at a hotel not to mention the unreal view we had while eating.

The price could have been a lot better for the size of the hotel room. Thr pictures in the ads made it seem like the room was a lot larger then in reality. But other then the size of the room the stay was great.

Location was great. We went out for breakfast with friends so did not experience the free breakfast.

Door to the room didn’t close unless it was consciously pulled until latched. Otherwise everything was fine
