The room rate was perfect. Good location next to a mall. Good AC! Friendly front desk team who also arranged for a taxi ride to the airport in the morning.

The room was tiny but we just needed to spend the night before going to the airport. Getting in and out of the shower was tight since you step out directly into the room -- a bit embarassing when you're staying with your adult son!

Everything was pretty much as you would expect for a budget hotel. Basic but functional and clean. I would have no issues with staying here again for a stop over. Breakfast was good with a nice selection available.

Calama! It is a mining town and most of the budget hotels are full of miners (they were not a problem) - It's just that Calama is more of a worksite location than a holiday destination. There is a lot of poverty in the town and it is dirty and dusty with packs of street dogs roaming around. Very little of interest to see but convenient for getting out into the Atacama Desert

The staff was very helpful- they allowed us to checkin based on the photos of documents required. We were not carrying our documents physically as we had to rush to Calama due to an accident suffered by us. The restaurant served delicious grilled salmon even though we arrived during it's closing hours.

The toilet flush was leaking and the sound disturbed our sleep.

good location, close to the supermarket, nice little patio to have breakfast or just relaxing with a glass of wine. Surprisingly comfortable bed mattress and pillow.

The room are really tiny, not much space left after bringing the luggage in.

Arrived late and left early the next day so cannot really comment. The room was small but clean with a comfortable bed and clean sheets which more than met our requirements. Hot water in the shower.The TV with Netflix was a bonus.

perfect for what we needed for one night & could easily have stayed comfortably for a few nights. The room was cosy but clean & had everything we needed including wifi, TV etc. Also possible to work in the co-working area which was a really nice environment, great food available in the restaurant also, being able to get food on-site was really convenient. Also had a mini workout area, & there is supermarket & shops across the road

check-in was over complicated a little more than was necessary but the staff were very helpful & friendly otherwise

The hotel is close to the bus station. And you know what you get when you book and Ibis. Same standard around the world.

The shower was not as good as usually in in Ibis.

Good location near Jumbo, restaurants, mall, shopping, and ATM. Good shower. Good wifi. Very good breakfast

The hotel is modern and very clean. We got a free upgrade to the main Ibis hotel. Great breakfast with yoghurt, granola, brown bread, juice etc. Moderately priced and great value for money. Friendly manager and staff.

The only minus was the slow check-in process: there were many guests arriving at the same time, late at night, and the check-in should be streamlined.
