Every once in a while you stumble on a property that just goes beyond what you ever expected! This place did just that and was truly amazing! It is so peaceful and immaculate with their own vineyards and other beautiful flora all over the property. What a beautiful site to wake up to each morning! The property is situated right in the middle of so many local vineyards to visit in the Casablanca area. Its also just a short drive the the famed city of Valparaiso. I really can't describe just how wonderful this place is. The rooms were spacious and very, very clean. Also, the place is quiet at night so you could get a good night's sleep. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating; everyone of them. They were very professional and you can tell they were highly trained. They have a head chef and he and his staff prepare all of the meals using local fresh ingredients. All were high quality. The breakfast, which is served overlooking a gorgeous pool was so perfect. There were cheeses, meats, eggs, bread and pastries that were served to you in a professional manner. Lastly, there were the owners, Rod and Marlene. These folks could not have been more accommodating. We actually felt like we were visiting old friends. They would sit with us and just chat or and help us plan our days. You can tell they take a lot of pride on their property and it shows. We actually extended our stay two additional nights because we loved the place so much. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who asks.

The only thing I didn't like about our stay is that we couldn't stay longer.

The garden was beautiful. Breakfast was good as were the evening meals.

Booked the hot tub- nobody came to remove the heavy wooden covers. The tub had floating oily ash on the surface that we couldn’t remove before getting in. Having used the tub we found out skin was stained black with the ash which was extremely difficult to scrub off in the shower, otherwise our clothes would be stained. The bedroom was lovely, and clean, except the table and chairs outside on our veranda. They were so dirty they were unusable. No information or recommendations was provided on vineyards in he local area when we arrived which was disappointing.

Beyond the gates and walls on a small neighborhood street, BC Wine Casablanca was the loveliest surprise! The staff was patient and kind, the Owners were equally kind and generous with their time and sharing about the region! The property itself is like a dream- wildflowers everywhere, gorgeous architecture and wine barrel hot tubs heated the old fashioned way with burning wood! The restaurant was impeccable- we had all our meals there- breakfast, lunch AND dinner, and all were superb! The room was huge and the bed was soooo comfortable! We enjoyed it all!

The property was just beautiful. Amazing gardens with flowers, vines and trees ablaze with colors. The two pools were a cool looking red and the indoor one was perfect to swim in out of the sun. Our room was very comfortable and had its own secluded patio. The staff were friendly and helpful with us. Although mostly we spoke into google translate as our Spanish is terrible and most of the staff had no English. The owners were fluent in English and chatted with us making us very welcome also giving information on the area.

This hotel is an amazing, central place to explore the Casablanca wine region! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms and amenities are top, and the staff is so kind and helpful, especially with setting up wine tastings at amazing local vineyards. By crazy luck, we visited Chile when there was a nation wide power outage, but somehow the hotel kept everything up and running that we didn't even realize. Cannot recommend enough!

This was our first visit to this hotel and we were charmed from the moment we arrived with a wonderful welcome and staff throughout our stay who were friendly and really helpful. The room was great and food very good and it was a real bonus to see the owner Rodrigo and his wife very pro active throughout the visit. All the hard work of everybody deserves to make it a continuing success and we will return if at all possible

Very nice staff, beautiful location, and delicious food at the Restaurant. It is a very quiet place where you can really relax and enjoy the scenery. Amazing hot tubs as well! There's a lot to do and we didn't have enough time to appreciate everything, however we had a very nice stay and will definitely come back.

Not a very critical thing, but I purchased a massage. According to the brochure it was supposed to include hot stones, but they later clarified that it was never the case. Due to a problem with the heating in the rooms, they took away the heating device from the massage room, so it was pretty cold, and therefore a little uncomfortable. The massage itself was pretty good though.

A beautiful and tranquil hotel set in lovely surroundings with very friendly staff. A very good restaurant with great variety and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re so pleased with our choice. The owner and several of the staff speak good English which was very helpful as our Spanish is not great. A good base for visiting wineries or just relaxing for a few days. We thoroughly recommend this hotel

The wifi in our room was good but could of perhaps been better in the main areas of the hotel. We stayed in a room in the newer building.

The hotel is a great location for visiting local wineries, the room is lovely, there are beautiful gardens surrounding all of the buildings, breakfast is very nice with plenty of fruits and other breakfast items, the dinners are carefully prepared, but most importantly, the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful.

There should be a screen for the patio door so we could let some fresh air into the room without letting the bugs come in!

Lovely hotel and gardens. Clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very welcoming.

It is a hotel in a wine region with a very poor choice of wines by the glass. We were served a glass of carmenere which had been open too long and even before tasting was clearly oxidized. When we told the wine waiter he disagreed but eventually opened another bottle after we insisted. It was completely different and very pleasant. At dinner we asked for the same wine and we were served the oxidised wine again. It was the same waiter and to be honest I think he was testing us, however, we did not want another mini confrontation so we just did not drink it. That was the only disappointment.
