A beautiful estate with historic architecture and gorgeous rooms, it has so much character. Mine had a lovely patio and the bed was so comfy, the heater worked very well during a cold night and the shower was hot. The location is close to wineries and there is secure parking, two swimming pools, and pretty gardens. The lady working on reception was so sweet at check-in, she made me feel very at home. I wish I could have stayed for more than one night, I would like to return.

The food was okay, it's not the best but not the worst either - I thought it was a bit pricey. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the wine selection is good, on the plus side.

We really appreciated finding this hotel! Staff were all kind and helpful despite language differences. Our room was spacious and attractively situated just off the pool. Nice to have a bar where we could purchase a bottle of wine after arrival, then take 1/2 to dinner. Although not much around to choose otherwise, dinner was quite nice /nicely priced. Breakfast was ample. A good launching point for CasaBlanca wine region.

Step down in hallway is TREACHEROUS! Needs very much to have yellow tape (& at least one other does as well).

A great old hotel with character. Looking a bit faded in parts but we were there out of season. The restaurant and bar were fabulous spaces. Our room was large with a patio for warmer weather. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot, Dinner was fresh and delicious. The buffet breakfast was a fairly standard Chilean breakfast but perfectly fine and included fresh fruit. We didn't use the spa facilities or pools so can't comment.

The lighting in the room was poor.

Property was beautiful, staff very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately when we were there there was a Christmas party with some 200 guest so we could not use the pool, grounds or the spa as it was entirely full. This was the only disappointment. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so other arrangements could have been made.

Franscisco and the rest of the staff were fantastic in making our stay special, and memorable. Extermely kind, and accomidating. The food was AMAZING.

This was only a small nusance and was not a dealbreaker. The suite we stayed in had little insulation around doors and windows, making sound coming in from the outside road a bit of a nusance. We would go back 10 times over.

Sweet, well-decorated room with a comfy bed and good aircon.

Bathroom flooded every time I had a shower and my balcony door didn't open, so I couldn't use the patio. Breakfast service was so slow, with some things taking an hour to come out.

Spacious and clean room. Secure parking. Great breakfast. Nice overall atmosphere with decor matching wine area. Easy access to wine route. Lots of character.
