In the apartment you will find everything what you need, as bed, bathroom, shower with hot water, completely equiped kitchen with a fridge and TV. Hernan tries to help you all the time. Fair conditions for the price you pay. I was satisfied.

Great location within walking distance of bars, restaurants, a supermarket and the main plaza. Plenty of space for two people with a comfortable bed. Herman the host was here to welcome us and provide us with tips on what to see and do in the city, and how to get about. Excellent value for money given the size, comfort and location.

The owner messaged us asking for 50% payment via bank transfer a few days before we arrived but there's no mention of payment by bank transfer in the booking on the app. In the end, we were able to pay in cash but we were told this was an exception – something to keep in mind if you're an international traveller. The furniture and some furnishings have seen better days – it's a bit old and tatty in places. The kitchen could do with a few additional utensils and pots, especially a sharp knife.

Very cool, stylish rooms, well equipped, with bathroom and kitchenette, ideal for a longer stay. The owner extremely friendly and helpful, willing to point out any attractions in the city and places worth visiting. Comarca is a very safe place to stay, close to beautiful viewpoints, rooms have terraces or verandas, I highly recommend staying here. The internet worked great!

The owner is really nice, and gave us a lot of tips about where to go in the city. Good location, not in the center but close to everything - quite a gem for the price.

The walls are not the thickest, so you can hear people moving chairs in the apartment above or clanging with dishes in the morning. Not the best if you are a night owl.

We loved the location, it is right next to the central area and all the action is a 5 min walk away. Very convenient! The host was also extremely friendly and helpful! Best host we've had in a long time, he was very attentive and was there for us anytime we had questions. The apartment was simple, but with everything you needed like an electric kettle, stove, fridge, plates, utensils, safe parking etc. We will 100% be staying here when we return.

We liked everything. If you need a place to stay and are ok with something simple and close to the action, this place is perfect. What was most important is that we had a place to sleep and a safe place to park.

My host was very friendly and helpful. He let me move into my apartment at 9 in the morning, gave me an excellent street map and circled all the places of interest, where to buy food or find a taxi. The hotel feels very safe It is located 5 minutes away from restaurants, bars and open air markets.

Clean apartment with cozy bed and fully equipped kitchen. Good location. Not far from downtown and tourist aera, close to supermarket Lider and street of bars. But the neighborhood is quite and safe, only sometimes cars pass by making some noise. The host is super nice. He introduced us all attractions on a map, and offered us free laundry. We appreciate that.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, it was spacious and fulfilled all the needs. The location is great, walking distance to the beautiful Valparaiso hills and it feels very secure. Hernán was very helpful and friendly.
