An exceptional experience. We had a eco cabin which had a tremendous view of the lake and volcanoes. The cabin was spacious and modern. The fitness centre was a bonus and we also used the pool which has a similar view. Carlos at the desk was most helpful in booking day trips and other information. The hotel restaurant is high standard. Breakfast has a good choice buffet. Its a short walk to the lakeside restaurants and the town. The cabins are surely the best place to stay in Puerto Varas.

The set Christmas Eve dinner was far too expensive for us, especially for a buffet, so we went elsewhere.

We booked the cabin for 4, each couple had their room and we shared a common area. It was perfect, the views were amazing from the cabin, we could play games and socialize in our own private space. Short walk to town, with easy access to restaurants and the hotel facilities.

The breakfast was ok, nothing overly special. Good variety, but their hot selection (scramble eggs) were runny. The hot tub was outdoor and did not seem to have filter; foliage, dead bugs,etc were floating in the water.

Very lovely hotel with wonderful amenities. Comfortable beds, clean. Friendly staff. Amazing lake/volcano views with a beautiful bar/sitting area on the main level. Breakfast was Buffett style, delicious with many options. The location is off the main road but it was very easy to walk down to all the main cafes/bars/restaurants.

The room became hot at night and the window would only open slightly. Minor issue that would not change my rating or overall wonderful experience.

We adored this hotel. We stayed in one of the EcoCabins, that are about 150 metres from the main hotel building. This was a perfect fit for us as a couple. We were immersed in nature in this big suite with a separate living room. The back door opened onto a small park area where we regularly spotted birds. The room was modernly decorated, had a small kitchenette including a big table. The staff were very helpful and prepared breakfast for the last day when we had to leave early in the morning. They arranged shuttle service for us at a fair cost. The pool is a separate building right across from the hotel. It is huge and has a swimmable tunnel from the indoor to the outdoor component. There is a small, simple gym on the top floor of the same building. The view from the breakfast room is lovely, overlooking the lake clearly. Breakfast had many, many options including fresh fruit and quinoa puffs etc.

This large hotel sits on the hill overlooking the lake and the town. It is within easy walking distance of the town with many restaurants and bars and close to the small buses running to Todos Los Santos. We stayed in the eco cabins which are on the other side of the road from the main hotel. This area is really quiet and the cabins have good views over the lake. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size . There was a safe in the room. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is enormous and impersonal. It is geared up for dealing with large tour groups. Staying in the eco cabins helps to take you away from all the negatives of large group behaviours. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Far too many people trying to get to the buffet breakfast at the same time. You couldn't call it peaceful. The shower is one of the old fashioned style , over the bath with a plastic curtain that sticks to you whilst you are trying to shower.

The hotel is huge. There are lots of different zones to relax, and the pool is just amazing. Not sure about the main building, but we stayed at the cabin and it was amazing. Quiet, warm (maybe even too warm), comfortable. Breakfasts are the same every day, but still delicious and lots of options. The location is also 10/10, just near the lake and 5 min away from all the shops and restaurants, yet aside from the noisy streets in the center.

We stayed there for 3 days over the weekend and the hotel was full. Which means no free tables at breakfast, lots of people at the pool etc.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic views from the room. Very good restaurant with friendly staff. We did not have time to go to the pool area, so we cannot rate it.

Even though the hotel is mostly wheelchair accessible, it is located on top of a hill. The lower entrance only for guests that goes directly to the lake front has around 10 steps. To get to the upper entrance, there are only really steep streets, so going in and out the hotel is complicated if you have reduced mobility.

Good points: Location and staff were great. The breakfast was acceptable. Not so good: The room was small and the maids never secured the beds after cleaning, this is very dangerous and could result in injury. Also, the proximity of the toilet to the bathroom door is too close and could result in injury. The hotel is family orientated and the pool was over crowded with families. For this reason, we sadly didn't make use of these facilities.

Great location, overlooking the lake and volcanoes, stunning views from our windows. Room was large and really warm. Sofas were comfy and it was nice to sit in a rocking chair just looking out the window. Great to have a hob, fridge and freezer. Bathroom was big and clean. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really good, loads of choice and plenty of it. The pool area was lovely, we were the only ones in there. The hot tub wasn't working which was a shame. Parking in the garage made us feel our hire car was safe. Hotel was a short walk to the visitor centre, main square, supermarket and restaurants.

The bar staff were playing some very inappropriate music (bad language) while we were having a cocktail one afternoon so we asked them to change it

I have been staying at this hotel with my family for years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is very nice, the place is beautiful, and unlike most hotels, there not a single bad room in the whole place. PS: Breakfast was fantastic!!

The lady in the gift shop inside of the hotel was playing videos pretty loudly while we were shopping in it. It did not feel super welcoming. (This is the only negative in the whole stay).
