We spent just one night there before we left for our Cruce Andino (Andean Crossing) tour. We had a big comfortable room with a partial lake view. The location was a few steps from the lake and right next door to the Cruce Andino office. The breakfast buffet with good selection was served at 7:00 - early enough for us to have our meal and board out tour bus on time (7:30). I'd recommend that Radisson hotel to everyone who has booked Cruce Andino tour from Puerto Varas.

Wonderful location. Lake view rooms are absolutely worth it. Very helpful staff. We were offered to get our room very early without any extra charge after arriving in the city with an morning flight. They also arranged our departure to the airport including a breakfast to go. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant.

The suites are more like updated regular rooms with view, they're not particularly large. Hotel can be quite busy as it accommodates groups.

The hotel.is centrally located in Puerto Varas with beautiful lake/volcano views. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered great breakfast and had a nice dining menu.

The staff upon arrival was not warm and welcoming. Something many expect when traveling abroad. A warm smile and content in their voice goes a long way. The wifi did not work one day but was rectified by the next day. Towels in the bathrooms, were only 2 body, 1 face. No washcloths. Bathroom amenities had shampoo and conditioner but no body cream.

Central location, astonishing view, comfy beds, free parking, room size.

It’s very overpriced, the quality of the service doesn’t meet the price one needs to pay. The rooms are facing a high street but are not soundproof what makes the stay rather unpleasant as one can hear all the music and cars. Breakfast is the same every morning and honestly it’s mediocre, eggs, bacon, ham and cheese, some fruits, no veggies. The hotel is rather dated and probably seen better days. It’s hard to rest after a long hike or a trip.

Check in was smooth and they allowed us in early. Nice decor. Room was very nice, great lake view. The lounge and restaurant were fine. Great pumpkin soup. Good wine. On site parking was super great. Location is awesome for walking the downtown area. Great shower. Has a very nice sauna, used it once. Check out smooth.

Breakfast could be better. Very little fruit. Lots of bread. Bacon undercooked and massive block of scrambled eggs were watery.

The Breakfast was great and there was a good selection of everything. The Lunch too was good value and was delicious. The staff were all pleasant/friendly and willing to assist with anything. The location was perfect.Bed was comfortable.

The rooms are starting to look a little old, the door lock broke and I couldn't get back into my room, not really any one from the staffs fault, but they had to break the lock open and I had to shift rooms as there was no lock on that room after they did that.

Room was very nice, good quality of the bed, nice reception and great location in Puerto Varas. Also the staff was very helpful and check in process was a breeze. I was a given a high floor room according to my reservation request. If booked in advance, I found the price quite reasonable for the good quality.

I wish they would have more options at breakfast (it was a bit limited) and maybe consider putting one chair in the room (only a stool was availble).

Clean and very spacious room (we had a king room with a lake view), nice desk for working in the room, welcome drink in the lounge, secure underground parking. Great stay!

I wish I had more time as I didnt get to use the spa. The restaurant was not super appealing but there are lots of great options very close by.

The location was perfect, right on downtown, we could walk to everything!

Open a convenience store inside, like many hotels in the USA. We could not find a place within 7 blocks from the hotel to buy snaks for nightime and this was very frustrating, if the hotel has one, it would be perfect!

Great location - on the lake and close to all the shops and restaurants. Great breakfast and restaurant in hotel has very good food for lunch / dinner.

Some rooms can be a bit noisy with casino across the road.
