A very clean apartment with fantastic hot water and water pressure. Big enough for all our needs. Secure. Ample breakfast left in our fridge daily, with fresh eggs you can cook to your liking, bread, meat, cheese and yogurt. delicious real juice,not the super sweet stuff we got elsewhere. Comfy bed. Really good value. walls are a bit thin, we could hear others in their apartments. Location excellent, a 10 minute walk got us ti the Plaza de Armas, downtown, shops, restaurants and good Museum. Uber is cheap too! We had zero complaints during our 3 night stay.

It was by far the best apart hotel we have stayed in Chile in this 23/24 season! The apart was new, well designed and very comfy. Also it was SUPER clean! No where else in Chile we saw a tidy place as this. Breaky was good and delivered each day to our unit to be prepared by ourselves at the time we wanted - which was perfect because we could coordinate with our schedule. Rooms were great, beds were comfy and space was good in general! Staff was generous, offering options of contacts and letting me using the landline when needed. really cool people!

The size of bathroom was not the best - specially when you travel with a child and need some room for manoeuvre to shower the baby. I assume it's because of the cold weather though that they don't do big bathrooms so it's more comfortable when you are showering and don't freeze after it. Also the water drain was not functioning properly causing the shower to almost flood. Other than that, this is a national problem in Chile, they lack hangers of towels and places to put towels/clothes. Also, there could be some sort of covered path as for it rains a lot in Punta Arenas and it's not nice to take your bags from entrance to the unit and have it all soaked...

Comfortable, clean, heating set at a comfortable level, nice breakfast, attentive staff. I noticed wifi was slow, staff promply rearranged router to improve it. Though not in the city center, there are at least two very good restaurants at walking distance. Definitely would return.

The size of the room was very comfortable. The day prior delivery of the ingredients for cooking our own breakfast in the morning was very helpful for us to get ready for our very early expedition.

There was no parking available other than on the street. The is no elevator on property.

This was one of the best place I ever stayed traveling through many countries. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well equipped with great breakfast served in the room. Everything in the bathroom was new and fabulous. The towels were very clean and good quality. There is a lot of wood in design of this place and it brings the very warm cozy feelings. I literally didn’t want to leave this place and my little daughter was very upset to leave her own cute room. We booked 2 bedrooms apt. Great!

I enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel Quillango, notably for its convenient location near downtown. My apartment was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. It's a good choice for a practical and pleasant stay.

very clean and cozy rooms/apartments, friendly English speaking staff, excellent internet connection speed, breakfast delivered in the room in the previous afternoon - we really liked it and highly recommend it

the only small issue was that the bathroom door required some effort to be opened/closed, but it was no problem for a short stay, and the staff was responsive

Brilliant space, clean, quiet, layout, convenience,breakfast, your own kitchen, very comfortable beds with cotton sheets

Size of bathroom towels and on the final day the evening receptionist booked a cab for the airport that never turned up

Good shower, nice bed, and very clean. The people in the reception were very nice!

The breakfast can be improved (add some veggies). The kitchen is a bit small and there are just 2 pots.

A bright, welcoming, and warm space just a few minutes' walk from the main streets of Punta Arenas. The staff are incredibly helpful and happy to accommodate requests where possible. The breakfasts are kept in your fridge and replenished each day. A very comfortable stay!
