Old world charm. Most staff were helpful. Senior Claudio was exceptional. His bilingual skills were of great help to us. As our tour was leaving early, they gave us a packed breakfast. Having access to Tea and Coffee 24x7 helped in a cold climate. Great location so close to the main square

The facilities are getting dated. Water came out while taking shower. We did not point this out while we're there but hopefully they will read these comments and fix it.

The staff at reception were kind, attentive and helpful every time we were in need of something. The breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower powerful. The living room near the reception was very helpful after we checked out given the late departure of our flight.

We flew into Punta Arenas late and out early for our tour - the staff mending the Recep at night was great, making sure we had breakfast packed and ready to go super early in the morning (including a pack of shortbread in different shapes - hopefully not something his family baked for him to last him through the night!!) Overall a great stay. Also super near Solo Expedition which we were doing our tour with the following morning.

The biggest bed I’ve ever seen! Sweet. Nice room layout. Nice big windows that opened. Convenient downstairs breakfast room and a kettle ‘on the ready’ in the lobby seating area.

The bathroom light was temperamental. Went on and off on a whim. Quite frustrating. We had a ground floor, street facing room, so it would have been more reassuring had there been some security bars on the window(s).

This hotel was with walking distance to the main Plaza and historical places. It was an older hotel with a great history. It was nice! Very classy. Breakfast was great. The only downfall is it doesn't really have parking space.

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast especially, the packed breakfast we were given for our 4am start, Also a good location for early starts.

Very small room. Slightly expensive compared to others but that might be location..

We arrived extremely late and the (very tired looking) front desk attendant welcomed us. We also left early and they packed us a lunch and let us leave our bags there for the morning. Very accommodating!

Slightly older building, but still charming.

The hotel is near the Plaza de Armas, which is pretty central. It is an old, quirky hotel. The room was decent sized and the beds were comfortable (we had been camping prior to our arrival, so keep that in mind). The bathroom was decently sized. The breakfast was good, but might have been better had we gone down earlier in the morning and had more options.

We went to eat breakfast right before it ended, limiting some of the food options available.

Great stay. Room was small, but I didn’t need any more space. Bed was VERY comfortable and the staff were pleasant and spoke more English than I did Spanish. Would recommend.

Only one outlet in the room (and one in the bathroom) which made charging multiple devices a little tricky, but I wouldn’t change my rating.

Nice, well decorated boutique hotel. Brilliant staff, very cooperative and helpful. Excellent location, good breakfast. Beds could be more comfortable, and safety deposit box was not working.
