One again I have to say that the standard of breakfast provided was POOR in the extreme. The coffee was extremely weak and virtually undrinkable. There was no machine so no option for obtaining an expresso, americano, capucino etc. I have commented on this deficiency previously and am not alone in my criticism. Similarly it was unbelievable that there were no 'media lunas' (croissants) available to guests. The bread rolls offered were very dry and appeared to have been made some 48 hours previously. I have to say that the quality of breakfast provided is one of the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel in Chile.

I think the beds in this hotel must be the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was excellent, with all the options you may like and service was great.

The parking is not large enough for all the guests in the hotel and when we got there it was raining and we needed to search for a place to park around the city and walk back to the hotel. The juice offered at the breakfast does not taste fully natural.

Great location, great room and great breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here.

Asked for an airport transfer on arrival 11:30pm. We were told we would be greeted on arrival with someone holding a sign with my name on it. That did not happen. Waited over an hour and several phone calls later we were finally picked up. We were not happy for such a simple request. We did enjoy our stay thank you.

The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Good quality decaf coffee wasn’t available, only a terrible instant . We stayed two nights, a week apart. Our first room was at the back, looking out at a construction sight. The room was clean but a little shabby. On our second stay I requested a room facing the plaza. Much nicer, and seemed to have been recently remodeled.

All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

Location was excellent right across from central plaza. Easy walk to all downtown areas, including artisinan/ fish market. Beautiful building and lobby, restaurant. Room was comfortable and windows opened on to the plaza. Not noisy.

Breakfast was uninspired, with only runny eggs. There were potatoes alongside once (thank-you). Could not turn down heat and room was too warm overnight. Some staff were not conversant in English and did not try get help.

The neighborhood and the hotel stay were both lovely. I regretted only staying for one night and definitely want to come back. Location: The neighborhood where the hotel is situated is safe and beautiful, with plenty of charming and friendly restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. The fact that they operate from early morning till late at night is great, and it's also a safe area at night. Facilities: The hotel has been newly remodeled, making it clean, pleasant, and attractive. The hot water works well, and there's nothing to complain about. The bedding is also very comfortable. Staff: Everything went smoothly, and the staff were friendly yet professional. Breakfast: Perfect breakfast. The ham and cheese are well-stocked, and the scrambled eggs and fruits are especially delicious

For a 4 star hotel ,bare minimum in rooms,no water complementary bottled provided ,no tea coffee kettle,no cups,no tea of coffee facilities in room,bare minimum toiletries in bathroom.

The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. The staff was very friendly and everything I ordered came out quick. The front desk staff was especially helpful when I had to adjust dates.

We were very impressed with the hotel. We only spent one night and didn't have the opportunity to eat at the retaurnant but were very satisfied. I would definetly recommend the hotel and would stay there again if we ever went back to Punta Arena.

We got a corner room in an upper floor and the view was magnificent. The room was tatesfully decorated and clean. The hotel was in the center of town in front of a beautiful park and you could walk everwhere with ease.
