The hotel offers mini apartments which are very comfortable, clean, warm, quite and equipped with all the necessary appliances. The English speaking staff was very helpful and kind, Peter helped us to book a taxi and tickets to visit the Great Wall. The breakfast is very diverse and made with good quality food. There is a nice playroom for children next to the breakfast room.

The location is far away from the city centre, it takes approximately 1 hour and 20min to reach the touristy areas by subway. The surrounding neighborhood is not very attractive.

Staff is highly attentive and quick to respond even though they mostly lack english. They accommodate well enough. Large serviced apartment. South eadt side, which is good. Not in the center bubble yet close enough to reach even with traffic. Quiet. Free parking. Feel at home

Room was stuffy. Though after complaining staff re-dusted and cleaned and brought air purifier, which solved the issue. A lot of switches.. may be far for some tourists. Less foreigner oriented than in city center but highly attentive non-the-less, which covers for it well.

The building and lobby were very beautiful and clean. Our room was also clean and very modern. We were unaware that there were stairs to the second room and with 3 out of 4 members of the party having mobility issues, it was a struggle with the stairs. The suite was very big and homely and we all really loved it. Some staff were really lovely and helpful, but some seemed hostile. This may be due to the language barrier as the staff knew very little or no English. The translating apps did not always help. There was also a restaurant and shop on site which was great as sometimes you cannot be bothered to go far, so having them there was great. Ordering taxis to and from the hotel was super easy, with no problems with finding the hotel.

Breakfast wasn’t great and there was little selection. As mentioned previously there was a language barrier and some staff seemed hostile and unwilling to help.

Breakfast was ok. Although half the food items were not available on the Saturday or Sunday before checking out even though there was still an hour left until they close. Also, have an option of scrambled eggs or an omelet as I do not eat boiled or fried eggs. Also have more selection than Chicken sausages everyday. Maybe a beef or pork every few days.

Pool. Being indoors, you would think that the pool would be heated. After finished in the pool, to get to and from the showers, you have to walk through shower water which is no good when you have just dried yourself. Also, the showers need better doors/screens and the whole shower area is desperately in need of a really good clean and repairs from floor to ceiling. (that is the male side. not sure on the state of the female side) Also no where to sit on the balcony. A table and a couple of chairs would be ideal. Floor inside and out of the apartment (balcony) was very dirty.

We had a suite, and it was massive. Very nice bathrooms with big spacious bathtubs for both bedrooms. Nice kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and big living area made it very comfortable for a few nights. Gym downstairs was also well equipped. Room was really great. Even a supermarket in lobby with good range and normal street prices, which was nice. The hotel is perfect.

Swimming pool area was big, and you could do laps, but was dark as is in B1. It was +25deg outside, so didn't even use it. Location isn't great, but taxis are so cheap it isn't a problem.

The breakfast buffet was an array of spread of international and local flavours. The menu was changed on a daily basis. The setting of the breakfast restaurant was grand and comfortable. The staff were helpful as friendly. Lucas from Front Desk was very helpful and patience to help us find our way around Beijing. He also help us to book a musical show. The bellhop who was a trainee was very helpful and his customer service and attitude was very good. The chambermaid (room 357) that serviced our room was good.

The nearest metro station was a distance away from the property and so was the tourist attractions.

The apartment was huge, beds really comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice swimming pool, at the reception they speak some English and they are very helpful, breakfast was really good

For the kind of structure, it could be cleaner (the kitchen). It’s 25 minutes walk from the subway station, and the neighbourhood doesn’t offer much for foreign public. There is no way to open any kind of window to move some air.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very near many places of attraction and shopping malls. The room is very spacious and the gym is well equipped. The decor of the place looks luxurious. Hotel breakfast has many options to choose and was pretty good

Hot air only from the air conditioning unit during winter with no option to change it, had to open the balcony doors to allow cold air to flow in

The apartments are big and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for proper cooking which I did every day. The pool was great, the kid has enjoyed it a lot. The gym was equipped with very good machines. The separate huge thanks for the stuff who were very very nice and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay.

A bit far from the center, but it’s still inside the 3rd ring.

the apartment is VERY VERY spacious. Rooms are hugh with a big bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is also a hugh dressing area and huge wardrobe. LIving room, Dining room and kitchen is also very big. Beds are comfortable too. We really love the space.

The A/C is not cold at all. It was hot in the apartment. Needed standing fan and have to open the windows for some cool air into the rooms. Not sure if it is because of the central A/C system ( we went mid Oct).
