The hotel is really nice. It is located in the centre of the city and near the subway. It is very close to the historical places and modern coffeeshops. Many good cafes are around, and you can walk to the shopping mall Raffles space where find good European cafes and local cuisine. The staff is really friendly and helpful at the reception of the hotel and in the lobby of the business centre very friendly receptionists can help you to get a taxi or get your delivery. Don't forget that you need a local payment system and you can't use Visa or Mastercard like you do it in Europe.

I was very happy with the upgrade to a suite, and the room was enormous. There was a huge bedroom, a lounge room, a few sofas, two bathrooms, and three televisions. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

It was so hot! The air con barely worked at all, even though I had it on non-stop while I was in the room, and overnight. It was actually quite uncomfortable, which is the main reason I couldn't give top marks to comfort. However I understand that this might be a city-wide thing once a certain temperature is hit, as every store we went into was also hot without any air con.

The hotel staff was very polite, nice, and friendly. The room had a pretty big, interesting design and good lighting. Also, comfortable bed, and a clothing room (this fact surprised me in a good way :). The room had good soundproofing as well. The hotel is close to two metro stations and a mall, there are many restaurants and convenient stores around.

I found it difficult to flush water in the bathtub and there was mold in the shower cabin. Some furniture pieces were a bit dirty and old.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Close to the main transportation hub (Dongzhimen station), just 5 minutes walk (where you get on the Airport Express) and close to many restaurants. Also walking distance from the Lama temple and Confucius temple. Breakfast was great, both selection and presentation. And the buffet offer proved to be an excellent choice to dine. The staff was very polite and friendly and I had no communication problems. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Well, the overall cleanliness was great but the carpet might need a small refresh. Other than that the confirmation that Booking.com has sent me stated that this hotel accepts only Chinese citizens but that was not true. I am European and they accepted me without any problem. The only issue was that I asked them for confirmation before my trip and they responded only after a few days of delay. But those don't change my overall great experience.

The room was clean, the room was ok and enough big for one person, the staff tried to help me but almost all of them don’t speak English (only one person spoke English)

Two things: 1. The quality of breakfast was bad for the five stars hotel, only the fruits was fresh, the other things had a bad quality ! 2. Almost no body speak English in this hotel and it’s really bad for five stars hotel that nobody speak English (only the woman who was pregnant spoke English who was only in the morning!)

Stayed in the "Bamboo" room. It was very clean, but the place to put luggage had a board that came down at an angle, and I hit my head on it a couple of times. I might recommend the Cosmic room instead if it doesn't have that same design. Breakfast was decent - great variety of options.

The location wasn't very convenient, but that might be a function of how the city is laid out. Everything seemed far away.

The room as super spacious and great deisgn with plenty of closet space and work. The bathroom was excellent and again, very spacious. The location of the hotel made it very easy to explore the Hutong neighbourhood's great food scenary.

some staff didn't speak well enough English but that's also my problem for not being able to speak Chinese :) All the staff were VERY kind. The corridor of my floor smelled a bit of smoke (cigaret). The gym was a bit basic.

Room is spacious with excellent desk for working with a laptop. Sound insulation is good, not much street noise. Location is practical, in between (about 800m walk) several metro stations and lots of restaurants. Lama temple is about 1500m walk.

Breakfast was just average and not really worth the RMB 125. Staff speaks very little English.

The hotel locates in the centre of 簋街 food street, about 800m between Dongzhimen and Beixinqiao metro station, surrounded by abundant food restaurants, mainly hot spicy flavours. Every night people can be seen queuing at Hu Da restaurant for dinners.

Internet speed is not stable and experienced slow often.

Very convenient location near Beixinqiao. Lots of shops and restaurants. Easy from airport. Staff very helpful. Rooms very large for the price.

It would be good to have coffee in the room for international guests. Breakfast was expensive for what was offered.
