Great location, fantastic fitness area

Fixed shower head, outdated bathrooms. Not much of common areas, no vending machines even for water.

Very good location. The metro station was right outside the hotel entrance. The breakfast food was great and very diverse

Women in this hotel are the best! They can speak English and are very polite, helpful and nice, from cleaner staff till reception staff. Very good location concerning subway (just in front of the hotel), good breakfast (mostly Chinese food, but fortunately it was also something European too). This hotel is a little old, some things are broken or don’t work like they should. Welcome tea was very nice gesture.

The male staff didn’t speak English, they wanted us to pay more than it was already given on Booking. Nowhere was written that we need the head cap to use the swimming pool so we couldn’t, nowhere in the world someone demanded that from us.

My first room was smelly and very hot and I couldn’t stay inside day time. No air-conditioning, instead they have a note on the table which reads “sorry the air conditioning is not available from 22 October” but on booking.com they mentioned air conditioning in the list of amenities.
